I am a patient of Erin Christiansen and I've been going to the Colorado Clinic for almost 10 years. I've always been very pleased with how I am treated. Erin makes me feel heard when I've spoken to her about my pain and I never feel rushed with my appointments. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients well being and finding the best solution for pain management. I would definitely recommend Colorado Clinic, as well as Erin, to others. ~Lynnette

I am leaving one star because you have to in order to leave a review. I was a patient here for about ten years, never had an issue. When my provider left, I was assigned to Shavonne to continue my care until I could get set up another doctor. My one and only apointment with Shavonne at first seemed to go well even though she had not even looked at my chart until my Telehealth appointment, which in of itself negligent. Next she told me they would do my knee injections but another provider would need to do them because she was booked, ok, no problem until I went to Scheduale the knee injections and was told by Elizabeth (Liz) that they don't do knee injections and haven't for about two years, which was a lie because my doctor was doing them about once a year. This Elizabeth then proceeds to tell me that the referral to the new pain office had been sent over and that they could not see me, which is a lie, legally, a medical provider is suppose to give 30 days of continued care to find a new provider and be able to see that new doctor. Next issue is, Shavonne obviously did not listen to me at my apointment because she put incorrect information into my chart regarding physical therapy, stating I refused recommend care - can't refuse something you are already receiving and have been for some time-had she of done her job correctly, she would have known this. Now, my new pain provider and I have been trying to get my records sent over to continue care since about September and nothing. Called a couple weeks ago or so and again spoke to Liz, who, again was extremely disrespectful and said she sent my records to my new doctors office on January 26th. Well I just had my monthly apointment with my new doctors office and she still has not recieved my records from Colorado Clinic - legally, they are required to have it sent over within 30 days. I stopped by the office this morning and it was locked up with a sign saying they are closed and to call the main number and guess what, nothing, just a recording that says to leave a message and then the phoneline hangs up. So, Colorado Clinic, here is the thing, you get me my records ready for me to pick up, you place them in my happy little hand for me to take to my new doctor and we won't have this conversation in front of the medical board and a civil judge. I have you on negligence, falsifying medical records, patient abondanment, and refusal to release MY medical records. I will be reporting Colorado Clinic to the department of regulatory agency and calling Tom martino and I suggest everyone who is and have had the same problems.

This is the most unprofessional place. They closed down the clinic in Colorado Springs without notifying me and had me on tele health calls with someone from Greeley and I didn’t know that. They referred me to another place in the Springs and the day of my appointment the place called and said I was out of network. So I had to find another place and they argued with me about my NP saying she would continue to do tele health calls for medication refills until I was established with a new place. They had three weeks to send my paperwork and the day of my appointment the new placed called and said they never received my paper work so I had to reschedule again! Then today was suppose to be my last tele health call from the NP and I never received it. I have had so much trouble from the start getting through to them. I leave message after message and never get a call back. I am sure they have caller ID and are screening calls so they don’t have to talk to certain people. I’m reading former complaints and they all sound the same. The person answering the phones is horrible and I can’t believe whoever runs the place keeps her around. Very bad for business. Now I’m without my pain medication until I get established at my new place. My next step is to contact the BBB.

No one answers the phone. It's been that way since before COVID. Being disabled, I've had to hire a cab just to get to the office and make an appointment or get a prescription straitened out because they wouldn't return the pharmacy's call I've left two messages to schedule my January appointment and UA and no one has called me back yet. NP Christensen herself isn't the problem. It's the practice's set up. It doesn't serve the patient. I've been a patient since 2014. If possible find another clinic.

Abbie^ is my daughter. My name is Christine. I love Colorado clinic, I have been a patient since 2016. I think over the years I have seen every dr. at the clinic. But now I have Erin Christiansen. I absolutely love her. She is so patient. I feel like she understands me and believes me. Being chronically in pain, it’s so important that your doctor believes you. I would recommend her to anybody that is in pain.

Very impressed with timely follow up for help with my joint pain with good results. Dr Sisson is very informative, took time to discuss other appropriate treatment options and with a caring approach. All other associates from phone calls, to phone visits to treatment were friendly and professional.

If I could give a negative review, I would! I really like the doctors and P.As however the administration there is the worst. Messages don't get passed on and don't even bother leaving one by voicemail because in the many years that I've been there I have NEVER gotten a call back from leaving a voicemail. The latest issue is that a purely medical issue came up that was urgent and the office manager took it but did my P.A. get it? No. And so for a week I was left without 2 critical meds. And this is not just this office's problem as I've been to 3 of the clinics and they are all just as bad. Unless Colorado Clinic's owner gets his act together and hires (or pays better or trains better because their turnover rate is terrible) a better staff, things will continue and there will be other clinics willing to pick up the slack.
