I worked for this company for a while. Some of the staff are absolutely amazing human beings and take pride their job. However, a lot of the staff are absolutely awful. Bad attitudes, taking their precious time to administer medications or treat wounds. Favoritism runs ramped throughout the facility. The pay isn't worth the workload and stress accompanied with the job. The place is falling apart. Pieces of the roof falling into the patients rooms. Leaking ceilings when it rains. Used gloves in the hallways and outside of the garbage cans. Hand sanitizers are hardly filled. The elevator consistently stops working while employees are inside of it. The state is always there doing investigations over reports of neglect. 10/10 do NOT recommend you work here or bring your loved ones here.

The commitment of the staff is evident in every interaction. Their guidance was pivotal, especially during challenging times, and played a significant role in the recovery journey of a loved one.

Despite challenges faced during the initial phase, the facility's environment and staff provided the necessary support for recovery. The setting is both comfortable and conducive to healing.

I've worked at about half of the facilities under the longwood management parent company and I have added every single one to a block list. These places does not care about the residents/patients or the staff. The only staff who stays working at these facilities are the ones who fit the culture of abuse and neglect, disrespectful and lazy. Every one of these facilities have Roaches and zero supplies. Western convalescent hospital is reusing dirty towels on patients because they don't even have a clean towel or even a pillow case to clean the residents. Bed sore and and sharing dirty water pitchers. Staff is dunce and ghetto. Just awful. 25patients for 1cna?! How is this still operating when they have so many complaints filed against them and lawsuits?!

This rehab center deserves the utmost recognition. From the doctors and nurses, all the staff is doing their job very well. This sense of responsibility makes this rehab center an exceptional rehabilitation center.

During my recent stay, I was met with a team of professionals who were both caring and kind. Every individual, regardless of their department, was truly exceptional.

The team was exceptional in aiding my swift recovery from a brief setback. Their dedication and support were instrumental in my progress.

This is NOT a rehab center. They do NOT provide addiction treatment. It is a physical, vocal, and motor therapy center. They help people learn to walk again. I'm not sure why they decided to brand themselves as a rehab center. That is confusing and misleading.
