I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for my 12yr old son, who has been dealing with an ongoing knee injury. Zack was able to assess him and create a program tailored to my son's recovery. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend CSPT!!!

I have been a runner and exercise enthusiast for 40 years. I have experienced a few injuries and received help from very good physical therapists. However, most of my sessions were primarily practicing exercises with PT assistants. Recently, I had another injury and acquaintances at the gym recommended College Station Physical Therapy. I became reacquainted with Dr. Brian Watts, the owner and excellent Physical Therapist. He referred me to Dr. Zach Ginning. My experience has been wonderful. Zach is personable and very professional. My sessions are one on one for an entire hour. During each session, I get an updated evaluation with a follow up email of new exercises (including video links) as needed. The atmosphere at CSPT is top notch and the cost is well worth the time with a professional therapist for a full one hour visit.

Finding CSPT has been the biggest blessing for me. I recently turned 30yo and live a very active lifestyle: running, weight lifting, tennis, volleyball, pickle ball, swimming, you name it! My hip pain became a bit debilitating and for months I could no longer participate in all of the activities I love, even sitting/walking was painful. After many months of pursuing lots of treatment for my hip pain (including other PT’s in the BCS area) with no luck, was recommended CSPT and have never looked back! Everyone at CSPT is super welcoming and treats you like family. You spend the entire 1 hour treatment session directly with your physical therapist (which is not common, I learned, and should be a non-negotiable when searching for treatment!!). Because your therapist is with you for the full hour, they provide direct feedback as far as form goes, modifications within each exercise if you still feel pain in your problem areas while performing them, and amazing patient education for why problems may occur and exactly how we plan to attack them. They also provide home exercises after each session for follow through. Their communication and treatment style has been nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend anyone who has aches/pains to give them a call!

In December of 2023 I ran the BCS half marathon and suffered aggravating knee pain in the last weeks of my training and during the race. For someone who has been running for the last 30 years it was disheartening to return to racing after having 3 kiddos over the last 12 years only to feel like that return was short lived. After trying to rest and rehab myself without much success, Dr. Brian reached out suggesting I come in for a consult with Dr. Zach. Before becoming a patient, I saw Dr. Brian and Dr. Zach in previous summers running the same trail races I had participated in out at Millican. It was important to me to be seen and treated by doctors who are active at the same level I wanted to continue to be and know how to overcome injury. Best decision I could have made for myself! During my consult Dr. Zach listened to all my concerns and developed a plan of exercises tailored to strengthening muscles I had never focused on in all my years as a runner. He kept my busy mom schedule in mind and worked out a plan that fit into my daily life. Within a few short weeks, I could already feel a difference in those areas I was targeting and was back to running with no pain. Over the summer, I successfully ran five 5K trail races out at Millican Reserve. Any runner knows that trail racing is a different beast compared to road races. It requires stability to avoid injury which I definitely lacked before starting therapy at CSPT. I raced the entire summer without a single injury. I absolutely felt stronger navigating the trails than previous summers that I have run the same series. My husband has witnessed my progress and quick return to doing what I love and is now also seeing Dr. Zach for his knee issues and feeling great as well. Looking forward to training for the 2024 BCS half marathon and racing again. Highly recommend College Station Physical Therapy and Performance and their staff! Thank you Dr. Zach and thanks to Dr. Brian for reaching out!

I injured my knee for the first time falling while skiing. I thought it would go away with time but a month and a half later I re-injured it while bouldering and was extremely frustrated since I had no clue where to even start. My PT did a great job at assessing what I needed to improve and challenged me along the way to come out stronger than before which I wasn't expecting. I now have dramatically reduced the swelling in the knee and feel so much more comfortable doing anything active involving my knee. I plan on continuing to keep up with the program I have been given and am excited to see how much stronger I can get!

My back had been bothering me for over a year and whenever I would use it, I paid for it for days. After laying 3 pallets of sod, I was in tremendous pain and a friend recommended I go to CSPT. After examining me and diagnosing my problem, I was given specific exercises and stretches to do. As my back got better, I was given more advanced exercises to do. My back problems are now pretty much over and I can do things I haven’t been able to do in years! They also helped my right shoulder, neck and knees! I would highly recommend CSPT!

I had been to a previous PT clinic about a shoulder/neck injury and they didn't help my pain very much. After seeing Dr. Jess at CSPT I had so much relief with my injury and pain. I love that they only see one patient at a time so they are fully focused on you. This also allows time for things like soft tissue work and myofascial release, which is beneficial for any type of injury. You can really tell they care about each patient and want to genuinely help you. Very pleased with their knowledge and approach with PT and will see them for any injury or recovery I need in the future!
