College Pines Health and Rehabilitation

My dad spent almost 6 months at College Pines before he went to Heaven. This nursing home is clean and feels like a home environment. All the staff from the front desk, cnas, nurses, cafeteria and grounds maintenance were always friendly, helpful and caring. I wish all nursing homes were like College Pines because our elderly family and friends desire it during their fragile time of life. The staff loved and took very good care of my dad.

My grandma just got transferred there yesterday she loves it and they are all sooo nice this is definitely the best place around here to send a loved one

My precious Mama has been at College Pines Health and Rehabilitation near Valdese, NC for just over one year and is doing so well. She is loved and cared for by wonderful Nursing/ CNA staff, as well as great administrative, dietary, PT/OT, housekeeping, etc. I am so grateful for the care she’s receiving and the kindness the staff have shown to me as well. It’s a blessing that she was placed there, especially so close to home.

This place is awesome! I have a family member there. We recently moved her from another facility because they were not providing good care and she was rapidly declining. Now, since being at College Pines she is so much better mentally and physically and she's been there less than 2 weeks! The change is amazing! The people there care about the residents and it shows! Thank you College Pines!!!

I came to College Pines as a brand new graduate nurse, and everyone was always asking and willing to help and teach me with anything I needed. I have worked here for over a year and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. Everyone here treats everyone like family not only staff but the residents too. The residents are always our number one priority, seeing how staff treats the residents I would recommend College Pines to anyone who needs any type of Rehab.

I cannot say how thank you enough to the staff and leadership that cared my father-in-law. Their actions and communication demonstrated that each staff member does truly care and practice what they preach.

This is a great place for short term rehabilitation. My grandmother broke her ankle and was rehabilitated within 3 months! she's back to mowing her yard at 87 years old now!! Thank you College Pines and the therapy team for a wonderful job!

My husband was there for 2 weeks. They did absolutely no rehab with him. I regret having him there. I brought him home and he died. Don’t go to this place. They will not listen to any suggestions and the PA on duty was ALWAYS rude and hateful!!!!!!
