This place is great!!! Dr.Young takes the time to explain everything in detail and really cares about his patients. Demi at the front desk is also a pleasure to deal with when setting up appointments. Highly recommended and so glad I found them right in my backyard.

I first started going to Cold Rush immediately after spraining my L4/5 lumbar while weightlifting. I was in serious pain and my shoulders were literally uneven. I had no idea what to do. I hobbled into Cold Rush and Dr Young knew exactly what my issue was at first sight by the way I was walking. After going back for regular adjustments and local cryo on my lower back, I was back to having a strong and straight spine! Dr Young, and his assistant Demi, are very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. I highly recommend Cold Rush Wellness. I even have family who make sure to stop by anytime they are visiting from out of state because of how good Dr Young is.
