I had the wonderful opportunity of having my aunt in cobblestone for 6 years. We ALL need the opportunity to recover, retire, or rehabilitated in a place like Cobblestone. They go above and beyond to make the facility feel like home. The environment is clean, professional friendly staff and the care is like no other.

Cobblestone Health Campus has provided caring, nurturing care for both my parents since 2017. My father passed away recently, and their support during my families loss was totally above and beyond. My mother is in the memory care unit, since February. I can’t be more pleased with the quality of care she receives each day.

My mother & father at different times have spent time here w/my dad still there. They both have received great care & communication. And it all starts w/the Admin Offices. They are excellent in making my parents & us feel so comfortable. Recommend this place to anyone who is looking to help a loved 1 that u can trust.

I came here in 2017 after a stint surgery went bad. And my experiences then is why I returned in 2024 after a medical mishap sent me to the Hospital with low kidney function and Blood Pressure. I’m now relearning to walk and do for myself. Cobblestone Crossings is the place to come to to get back home.

I’m very disappointed in the care that my mother had while she was on a respite . Apparently they treat the Respite patients differently than the normal nursing home patients. We will Never go back!!

I would recommend this facility. The staff and nurses were diligent in their care of my mother. Any issues that came up were handled effectively and efficiently. My mom had stage 4 cancer and the nursing and care staff treated her with kindness and gave her the most comfort they could during her last days. One member of the family was there with her almost daily which allowed us to stay on top of her care. Thank you to Cobblestone. We appreciate all your staff did for our mom.
