COASTherapy: Anaheim

It has been over a month and a half since I completed my therapy here. To give you an idea of my issue before I came here and after I completed my therapy, it is like the difference between night and day. My issue was due to an impinged nerve in my neck. It was causing pain, and constant tingling. I am typical to wait things like that out to see if it gets better but after over two months not getting better, I had to go to the doctor to have it checked out. My doctor recommended COASTherapy to see if would alleviate the pain. With the help of the staff and particularly from Alisha I feel so much better. They took the time teaching me stretches, exercises, and helping me gain my posture back where now I don’t feel pain at all and very little irritation on my nerve. I would and have recommend the team here and their practice to others.

It was hard to find a physical therapist that deals with pelvic pain so when Alisha (P.T.) and I spoke she seemed optimistic that she could help. During the third session of her listening to my symptoms and continually asking the right questions she was able to diagnose the underlying issue. After five months of others not listening and making assumptions.its reassuring that there’s still caring people in health care that want to truly help.

Coast Therapy is the best!! From front office staff, to assistants and doctors…excellent. I feel so blessed to have had such excellent and successful care. I highly recommend this practice. It used to be a good service for physical therapy until it got a new owner. This time it was a great disappointment. There were still a few professional people. However the majority do nor care about the quality of the treatment. Patients basically do exercises on their own. Such exercises need to be done with the precision to be beneficial. Without supervision of the professional staff it is hard to achieve. After five sessions, I was informed they need approval from insurance. I waited for 1.5 month. What this place has never failed to do is to charge for the services right before the session. They overcharged me. I called a few times regarding reimbursement. It is over three months now. I still did not receive my money back. Hope my negative review will help the administration to improve their business for the benefits of the patients.

I have had a great experience at CoastTherapy. Everyone there is super nice, efficient, and professional. And my therapist, Howard, is awesome; he is knowledgeable, encouraging, and just a very nice fellow!

COAST Therapy is seriously the best. I can hardly believe how much better my lower back got by working with Jenny and the other therapists and assistants here. They are super knowledgeable and super professional but also fun and friendly at the same time. All the staff, from front desk to therapists, are amazing.
