I went for PT for an upper thigh injury that had been an issue for a few months. I was no longer able to walk the 5 miles a day I had been since 2010 and going up stairs had become an issue. Crystal devised a plan of action that including once a week visits as well as a PT routine for me to work on at home. At the end of the 12 week program i have no issues with my thigh and I am back to walking. Not only is Crystal a complete professional, she is a very caring, empathetic person who is quite personable as well. I believe my recovery was due to all these attributes and I recommend Crystal and Coastal Specialty Physical Therapy for all those needing help and requiring results.

I started physical therapy with Crystal when I was 5 months postpartum with my first baby. I was experiencing some hip pain and tightness that was limiting me from getting up and down from the floor and returning to normal exercise. Crystal was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate at our first session. She quickly assessed that I had a mild separation of my abdominal wall and explained how it was connected to my hip instability and tightness. She gave me a targeted exercise program that was quick yet effective which is important when you have a baby! Within 4 treatment sessions (about 1 month) I felt so much stronger and was able to lift and take care of my baby with no difficulty. I also returned to Pilates and Ballet classes without any pain. I am so grateful that I found Crystal and am stronger than I was before my pregnancy! I highly recommend Coastal Specialty PT!!

Crystal is very knowledgeable and an expert in women’s recovery. She makes you feel very comfortable as some issues are difficult to share. She is calm, caring and has a peaceful presence. I have already referred her to my closest friends. I would recommend this physical therapy office 100%.
