Coastal Rehab & Sports Medicine

So I do like the staff here, but beware their customer service policies not so great. They wouldn't wave my first and only no show fee. I get that it's a good business practice so people constantly don't show up but really there should be some leeway. Life happens and sometimes we don't have the ability to make an appointment, next time show some grace please.

The best rehab place I have ever been too. Drom rhe recepionist to the therapist . They are all great and knowledgeable. however, big shout out to Jeff to me. He was the best in helping me with my knee after my knee replacement. I highly recommend this place. To Everyone who is need of rehabilitation?.

Coastal Rehab & Sports Medicine has the best staff, from Karen, the receptionist to all of the physical therapists. Irina was my primary therapist, and she is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in the client as a person. I improved tremendously as a result. Thank you, Irina! I was also seen by several other PTs (Ildi, Danessa, and Adam) who were all excellent! Each physical therapist works with one patient at a time versus some facilities where a PT has 2 or 3 patients at each visit. As a result, you are one on one with the PT who can monitor how you are performing each of the stretches/exercises. Coastal Rehab is also very clean. Love the fish tank! I’ve been to several different rehab facilities in the past, and Coastal Rehab is by far the best! I highly recommend this facility and if the need ever arises, I will definitely return to Coastal.

I started physical therapy for my shoulder at Coastal Rehab in November 2023. This is my fourth time to have therapy at Coastal and each time has been a pleasant experience. Previous therapy sessions were after a knee repair and later a TKR. I was so fortunate to have Hanna assigned for this round of therapy. She was always cheerful, explained the exercises to me clearly and demonstrated the proper way to perform the exercises as many times as I needed her to. I truly looked forward to each of my sessions because she made me feel so comfortable. I am 74 years old and I have profound hearing loss. She was very patient and understanding when I needed her to repeat any instructions. The exercises she assigned to me were very helpful and I started noticing improvement in my range of motion within a couple of weeks. Coastal Rehab is a pleasant, modern, clean facility in a beautiful nature setting to have physical therapy. Karen, the Administrative Office Coordinator was very friendly, always had a smile and very kindly scheduled and rescheduled appointments as needed. Each person I encountered at the facility was friendly and seemed to enjoy working with their patients. If I need PT again, I would not hesitate to return to Coastal Rehab and I would request Hanna to be my therapist.

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING every member is at Coastal Rehab! They are professional, polite, and go the extra mile towards helping you to feel your best! They treat you like family and I always leave with knowledge towards continuing my healing at home with print out exercises. I am more physically capable and more confident mentally with my movements. The facility is also always super clean. Coastal Rehab is the absolute best!

I’ve used Coastal for my rehabilitation on my hip replacement and knee replacement. This the absolute BEST rehab/physical therapy place ever. I’ve rehab/pt at 3-4 other businesses and Coastal is without a doubt the most thorough ever. The owner Billy has assembled a staff that is personal and well educated as therapists. I feel very blessed that I found this place. They ALL have helped me GREATLY in the process of having a quality of life after surgery. I was referred to this rehab for a sciatica and lower back issues. My PT was Jeff. The place is amazing! From the first consult with Billy (owner) to subsequent PT sessions, everything was very well coordinated, timely and functional. The facility is brand new, clean and welcoming. All the therapists were very engaging not only among each other but to their respective patients. This made for a very overall refreshing and comfortable environment. (The fish tank is very soothing too!!). Jeff listened to all my concerns and worked the areas appropriately, constantly ensuring that my comfort level and pain tolerance was within my personal acceptable threshold. We began each session with an assessment of how I was doing, discussing options and always follow up from the last session to how I was doing with my "homework". I'm not 100% better, but definitely much better than when I started, comfortable with my improvement and home exercises, and am confident that I will return to my full lifestyle.

Best in Palm Coast & most everywhere else. I greatly appreciate the two months Coastal Rehab spent helping my body grow stronger, regain balance, and grow out of the pain. In my experience Coastal Rehab has the best physical therapists in the area. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, yet focused on me getting better. They laid out an initial program and modified it as my situation improved. I appreciate the wisdom of changing the routines as my body changed. Their encouragement was also very welcome. Since my visits there ended my progress has continued and I’m grateful for being pointed in the right direction & being given routines & exercises to use at home. My hope is to not need Coastal Rehab's help going forward, but I know where to go if I need it.
