My husband and I have been seeing them for a few month now. We have been seeing Dr Paul for over a month and both feel so much better. He listens and provides advice to help you. I work in an office environment while my husband works on his feet all day. He gives attention to detail and remembers your last conversation and checks in. Highly recommend!

I visited Dr. Paul Hrvol in the worst back pain I had ever experienced. I'm an elderly female with 60+ years of back injuries from a variety of causes; with treatments by orthopedists, chiropractors and acupucturists in three states. I can state with absolutel certainty that Dr. Paul is the most effective practioner I have ever encountered. He was very gentle and patient in coaxing my spine back to where it needed to be, and I can give him my heartist endorsement! He was voted the Best in the Cape Fear with good reason! In addition, the entire staff at Coastal Integrative Health is courteous, professional and always positive. It's an absolute pleasure to walk through the door.

Coastal Integrative Health gets 5 stars from me! I have had a bad neck/back for over 30 years after a serious auto accident. So after driving cross-country with my dog to relocate I needed a chiropractor immediately. I happened to walk into CIH to ask questions and was lucky enough to he seen the same day. I have been a client ever since then. Dr. Paul is professional, caring and the adjustments are gentle but firm enough to get the job done. He also has a holistic approach and is very knowledgeable about natural remedies and supplements for health condititions. The whole office is professional, courteous and caring. And, if needed, they also have a great Physical Therapy department. I don't recommend a lot of places but I highly recommend this office!
