What a wonderful form of relaxation and rejuvenation!!! I have been enjoying all of the forms of treatments and have had excellent results. The owners and staff are all very engaged in helping to facilitate the use of each of the therapies: Cryo, sauna, compressions, Celluma light therapy and therapeutic alkaline water! I’m amazed at how I feel each time I take the time to go and pamper myself! It even helped my post operative healing process What’s most wonderful is that I can use all of the additional therapies, unlimited, as often as I’d like with my membership.

I'm the biggest skeptic worldwide about anything that promises physical results, but Coastal Cryo has softened my heart AND my fat cells! I had planned to do liposuction on my stubborn fat and lipedema legs, of course, it was going to be out of this world expensive. I had been using the Coastal Cryo therapy tank for pain and saw great results with that little 3 minute cold shock, then read some info on a flyer about the Cryo T-Shock. Andres spent considerable time consulting with me about my goals and expectations using the Cryo T Shock as opposed to a major liposuction surgery. Again, I was so skeptical, but they didn't do a 'sales job' on me with the tank, instead was very honest about expectations, so I trusted them and purchased a package for the fat melting. I can not shout from the rooftops loud enuf about my results! After 4 sessions, the targeted areas of hard fat melted away. We are now targeting more areas, and I couldn't be happier with my results. I didn't have to undergo surgery, I didn't have to lay out for weeks to heal, I didn't have to borrow my life savings for liposuction. I just had to have a few sessions of patience and trust in the process, and my results are more than I expected. If you have stubborn fat, hard fat, or thinking of liposuction surgery, I can't urge you enuf to first see Andres at Coastal Cryo and do the T-Shock. You will be so glad you did!

I love Coastal Cryo! This place kept me from getting intrusive surgery. I lost my son at birth 8 years ago and have still not been able to get rid of the remaining belly fat. I've been coming here since October of last year. Andres, Shelby, and the crew are top notch and always willing to help. The whole body cryotherapy and Kangen water has helped greatly in reducing inflammation and helping me recover quickly from workouts.
