I am currently sitting in the waiting room for my appointment that was scheduled BY THEM... for 10:30 today (been here since 15 prior) and have yet to be seen, updated or acknowledged after handing in paperwork. Multiple people arriving after me have been helped before. I asked for an ETA, was told I was next, and two more people have been called prior to me. I'm still waiting, an hr and a half later after the time they scheduled me for.

Hate that I have to give this place (1) star! I went in for my appointment (which I thought was only at 2156 W Grantline Rd *Only to have to find the actual suite that they were in. All that aside, I went into the office and was only a few minutes late (3 mins). I checked in and told them my name 3 times. Once they found who I was they told me to have a seat. I sat down and sent a text message to a friend at 11:07am. Several minutes passed. I was called back. I followed the young lady to the inside window and she turned to tell me she had to reschedule because I was late - she said more than 10 minutes late. I told her that was not correct I was a few minutes late -- but not 10 minutes. I then asked to speak to the office manager. She walked away and reappeared in a few minutes. She asked me to have a seat - but I told her that with my disability I can''t keep getting up and down. She then said I could wait there....until the manager comes out. She walked away and about five minutes later she reappeared telling me that they were discussing it and that they would be with me soon. Okay. I didn't know who was discussing what, but okay I will wait. A few minutes later and young lady walks from down the hall and said, I can now help you. I asked her....and you are the.....and she said physical therapist. I was confused. I asked her, oh I was told that I would be speaking to the office manager. She then told me because I was late that she would only spend a few minutes with me because of the time. I told her I was told 1 hr treatment time. She then said oh, that is 30 mins with me and 30 mins with my assistant. I was like um okay. A short Hispanic lady came around the corner and started talking. I turned to her and was like, and you are.... She replied. I am the office manager. I tried to explain why I was upset and that their lack of communication was the reason for the confusion. At this point the the manager was like, we need to reschedule. I stopped talking at this point. It was clear that they didn't want to help or treat me. I allowed them to make a secondary appointment - but more in likely will not return. When I asked for the individual responsible for the clinic they told me to call the office and ask for Dr Johnson Co. I told them, I am here now...can you leave a message for this person to contact me. The young lady didn't take my number or information down. She just said that she would let him know and he might get back to me when he is available. After seeing that this facility has NO GOOD REVIEWS.....def going to call another facility!

At first I was skeptical. I even walk out on the dr because you have to be specific on the injury and I thought he was not understanding me. But as the weeks went by i got very comfortable with the staff but what did it for me was the physical therapist Nicci was amazing. So patient and understanding and her assistants were very helpful. There is hope for the state of CA.

This place is awful, they don't care about you. They care more about making the company you got injured from look good. I've been going here because of backpain from a fall at work. Was givien ibuprofen for the pain. I went back to work. Following Monday it hurt to much to stand I had to call in sick. Made an appointment with the doctor and asked for anything to help manage the pain so I can do my job, instead he prescribes me a night time pain releaver. Go in today for follow up explain how my back pain at my job is causing the rest of my body to hurt to compensate for a bad back and still nothing just an MRI that is a wait and see when it gets done. I'd rather have a back alley surgon as a doctor than these people who don't care about their patients. This office is just the worst, I almost feel like these doctors were the bottom of their class. Office staff is pretty great though, very nice very friendly. To bad I can't say the same about the doctor's. It's sad when your office rates lower than the Stockton one. Seems like Manteca has the best rating. You're better off dead than dealing with this place.

I hurt my back at work and they sent me here both times I came for check up it took two hours to be checked in and checked out only to see the doctor for not even five minutes the ladies behind the desk take forever to check me out. One time I went there and the nurse said check me and put me in room three input my paperwork that was a room for and I waited to see the doctor for an hour they said they couldn’t find me then I waited another 45 minutes for my paperwork to be done I had to literally stand up and asked for my paperwork because everyone neck I checked in they got checked out and got the paperwork way before me truth be told is I got checked in and checked out faster in the emergency room Carrol Tracy then I did at this place oh yeah also the doctor gave me the wrong medication

Made me wait one hour for their drug test

First time comming with my father, he hurt his back at work back in May... Been waiting long time for them to tell him that they can not do nothing till they get an approval from the company’s insurance for him to see a specialist. The girl who was to be the interpreter did not provide the doctor with the correct answers and I was shush more than two times....

This place sux, first: they hatewhites and the receptionist is a mousey, little bish...dumb as rocks and offers nothing positive.Avoid this place,lazy bums who are not capable of the bare minimum
