I am a new patient and have scheduled my appointments, front desk has been nice and friendly so far, they helped fix a issue for me and handled it quickly, the MD and PA I’ve seen have ben very nice. Quick with referrals and all paperwork. So far so good, the key that I see is make a appoint if possible because they are busy.

I’m only here to do a drug test for my medical school. First off, front staff are very rude. Vey unprofessional! They said it’s an hour wait and there’s only 4 people in here. Why would it take an hour to pee in a cup and turn it in??? smh. I need to tell my school to take them off the list.They asked me to fill out paperwork and someone will call me. The lady called on me 30mins later and was like “are you done with your paperwork? we need your paperwork to put you on the list” it’s like what the hell ! I’ve been sitting here with the paperwork in my hand waiting for them to call me and now I have to wait more. She could’ve told me after you fill it out to bring it back. Wasting my time! If there was a zero star they’d get that!!! There’s like more than 5 staff here and they are calling people one by one. When one person comes out it’s like they wait 30mins to call another. Seriously??

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Showed up 15min after they opened.. only 4 people were here.. ive been sitting here for over an hr just to get a drug test. Never again..

Staff are nice at first then act as if your nothing more than their income. Also they don't care if you just got reinjured. If you couldn't get an appointment in time. They make you wait 40+ mins minimum. And i know cause over 40 passed before I asked how much longer , they said since I'm a Walk in. That it'll be another 30mins minimum. So ya not the place, but still better than the one in manteca

Went in close to the time they weren't accepting more patients. They saw how much pain I was in and a Dr came and looked over my injury rather quickly. Lots of young staff that were very friendly and made me feel more at ease!! I appreciate all they did for me and even had all info fwd to my employer as well as insurance info for the radiologist. Something so stressful was made much easier!! Highly recommend!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited almost 2 hours for a physical for new employment. There is a major HIPAA violation. Can hear other patient doctor conversations when sitting in this 6’x6’ box that they call patient rooms. Do not recommend coming here if you can avoid it.

Maria and the other young girls behind the counter are by far rude and disrespectful. I am very surprised they have a job here. No greeting giggling talking about customers and laughing saying they have been in about 30 different arguments today. If this was my place of business I would definitely do some rehiring as soon as possible. This is unacceptable especially in such an important place of business. The owner or hire up should defiantly look into this. This place is a big nono highly recommended to do the testing or whatever needs to be done in Manteca.

The staff here are unprofessional and uneducated to the max. Cocky and dumb at what they do. they just sit there and waste people’s time. Takes forever for only having 3 patients. I waited an hour to be seen and the lobby wasn’t busy! They should be permanently closed if they don’t want to do their jobs!
