Many people working there take time to help new residents feel comfortable. They also have a good physical therapy department for residents and walk in. The activity department truly cares about the residents.

Horrible administration staff and facility. Although as they say you can put lipstick on a pig it is not a place I would place a loved one or work. Save your time and don’t work there or put a loved one there.

Although we have had our hands full dealing with our mother's current health, I want to take the time to leave a review of Cloverleaf for others looking for care for a loved one. When our mother arrived at Cloverleaf, we did not have high expectations due to the horendous and inhumaine care we had at Westminster of Terre Haute. However, we were so happily surprised at the care our mother is now receiving. Cloverleaf staff were like angels, from the admistrative staff, to the care-takers and nurses! We live out-of-state, and the level of timely and indepth communication we have received on a regular basis from the Cloverleaf staff has eased all of our concerns. It has reestablished our confidence in what healthcare for the elderly should be in our country. They genuinely care for our mother, and we can now sleep well at night knowing how they are taking care of her. We have been shocked at the timeliness of information whenever there is something to share or ask us about our mother's ongoing care. It's like having a partner in her care, who actually reduces our anxiety about how she is doing. Many of the staff have been here for numerous years, when it seems like other facilities have a high turnover rate. Even though our mother had only been here a month or so, we want to thank everyone at Cloverleaf for proactively helping us and answering all our questions and addressing any of our concerns. We would HIGHLY recommend Cloverleaf to anyone looking for rehab and/or long-term care for a loved one.

They took excellent care of father, I could sleep well at night knowing he was in good hands. I'd recommend Cloverleaf to anyone in need of long term care.

Great staff!!! Great activities! They do so many fun things for the residents and take the time to make everyone happy! The building is clean, comfortable and accommodates your needs! Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff to work with, cnas were super nice and helpful so were nurses honestly. I was working there as a fill in for agency and couldn’t believe how kind everyone was not to mention how clean and nice that whole building is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would give a hundred stars if I could.

My aunt stayed at Clover Leaf while rehabbing a knee replacement and it was the best decision she could have made. They helped her get back to where she was before surgery so she could live at home again!

Left a horrifying rehab/senior living so expectations were in the middle ! Admin took time to come pick up my dad , awesome man .Greeted with caring nurse who ask more in 10 minutes then we were ask in weeks at other facility . then met Allie , who saved us from Breckenridge . Oh it didn’t stop there ! Ran into maintenance , another kind man who introduced himself and let us know he’s always available , then ran into housekeeping who was also so sweet ! 5 star all around ! Place is so clean I had to get under my dads bed due to dropping my phone and it was spotless ! God placed him here amongst his children ! Thank you Cloverleaf ! Full of joyful tears for each one of uou !!
