Clinical Counseling Services

I had a traumatic experience at this place with a therapist named Crystal. I have a chronic illness that has left me unable to Work, and forced me to move from my home in Hawaii and leave my full time job as a yoga teacher to move to Alamogordo, NM with my in-laws. I have been bed ridden the last 3 years of my life, and have become majorly depressed due to my health… I came to the counseling center looking for some support during this time, and just for someone to talk to since I just moved to Alamogordo and don’t know anybody…. Crystal told Me, on our 3rd appt, that I was faking my illness for “attention”. It was probably the meanest thing (and most ignorant) that anybody has EVER said to me. I do NOT recommend this place, maybe the other counselors are better but the hiring team is obviously lacking in judgement.
