Extremely disappointed with the temporary physicians that have been at this clinic. Not only do they seem inexperienced but they are never permanent and communication is lacking. They're able to blindly follow some illogical protocols, but it seems they aren't accountable for decisions they make regarding treatment of issue(s) the patient is complaining about. The fact that this clinic has become a training ground for temporary physicians is not acceptable. This seems to be the only clinic/provider within the Frazier Mountain area and this needs to change.

This review is due to the performance of the front desk people. Please go somewhere else if you want good service. My mother had an appointment on 4/22/19 at 2:10. She was there since 2:00pm and the nurse took her to the room at 2:05. The nurse then proceeded to ask if she had any pain and gave her the between 1-10 chart, my mom said “my pain is reaching an 8” the nurse nodded as if she understood or was acknowledging her then told my mom to wait for the doctor. It wasn’t until 3:45 that the Doctor walked by and saw my mom in the room and asked the front desk who she was. I couldn’t believe my ears. The nurse who took my mom into the room DID NOT notify the Doctor that he had a patient waiting. Even though she was fully aware that my mom was having pain in her stomach reaching an 8. Seriously, if they don’t want to work there or are having a bad day and cannot separate their personal life from work, they should work elsewhere not in a place where people come to feel better because they are in pain/sick. What a disgraceful thing to do. I only hope that nobody has to go through what my mom went through.

I see Jesse Oliver for my health needs. I have recently been going through a lot of complicated health issues and he is so patient, reassuring and actually cares. He takes his time with his patients and actually listens. I have anxiety and the way he explains things makes it not so scary to hear. I highly recommend him. All the staff there have been very nice. Sure you have to wait awhile sometimes but it’s always worth the wait. I would rather wait for a doctor that will take his time with his patients than get in and get out and feel rushed. He’s extremely thorough with everything. My kids go to him as well and like him. So grateful to have him as my doctor.

my boyfriend went in for a physical and the short hispanic nurse went to draw his blood and missed his vein, and proceeded to dig around in his arm for a vein. i’m appalled to say the least. this is almost a week later. you’re telling me you can’t see a vein ?

We have walked out twice now because they will keep you waiting 1-2 hours when there is one other car in the lot! And the receptionist is clueless. Terrible, unprofessional place! My time is valuable too.

Front office staff is always helpful. My family & I have been coming here for years . Doctors & Practitioners are knowledgeable & always willing to help you with any needs or concerns you may have. Sometimes hard to get an appointment but that is what's expected when this is the only clinic in town.

Very sad you can hear the room next to you...nothing private...Nurse Practitioner does no preparation. son was given Vaccinations and the first thing he asked me was Why are you Here. This is after I listen to him in the next room Talk about NONE health issues for over 20 min. and then another 5min outside the room. Very sad day for Heath Care!

If you are broke, homeless or on government assistance, this is the place for you. Personally, I don’t have all day to wait for my appointment and do not appreciate being treated like an idiot. Dr. Burket refused to give me an order for bloodwork prior to seeing me. Even though my blood work history for the past four years is on file. He insisted I see him first do the bloodwork second and come back to review the bloodwork. That is a waste of everybody’s time and resources. Now, my new primary care physician gave me an order for bloodwork, but they won’t let me draw it at the clinica Sierra Vista. The orders must come from one of their doctors. So, now, I have to do a fasting blood test in Santa Clarita. Big fun for me ahead. Seriously, what’s your problem? Is it because I have PPO health insurance and can pay for my appointments? Whatever!
