Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas - Greenfield

I had a appointment @11am didn’t even get seen till a hour later. Just so they can circle something on my paperwork and tell me I was good to go. They told me and other patients(4) to wait outside for someone to call us through the side door. Keep in mind there was no one inside the clinic. Just had us waiting in the cold outside. The employees are rude and instead of working and trying to see the next patients, you walk inside and they’re all talking to each other socializing to one another. This place is so unprofessional. Why have appointment when you get seen hours later. Overall this place sucks.

Horrible service! All the staff is just taking their time and talking to each other. I waited for almost 2 hours after my appointment time and had to leave to go back to work and was never even seen. Never coming back to this clinic, would give 0 stars if I could.

Just as everyone else says. I had scheduled appointments and on average would take anywhere from 15 mins to 2 hours to be seen with so many patients and so little doctors available to see everyone. The receptionists are not exceedingly competent. Too many mixed up appointments to change between doctors, late or no callbacks, but plenty of time to idly chat amongst themselves and pretend to work. I get that they’re going through a heavy workload and there’s a lot to maintain but it really feels like they take it out on the patients or anyone trying to be seen and that’s uncalled for.

I’ve been going to clinica de salud for years. When I first started going to the clinic it was great I had complaints except now maybe it’s the whole Covid thing happening but their service is not good at all if you call just be prepared to be on hold for an hour. If you go to the actual clinic be prepared to stand in a long line with no tent so your in the sun. I think clinica needs to come out with a new way on how they deal with their patients or they will start losing them.

Im currently here waiting finally in the room 9:30 AM after my appointment was at 8:30 AM...It took them an hour to get me in the room and when I asked why they told me I was scheduled as a walk in!!!!!! I had my appointment they even called me the day before to verify I would be showing up today on time!!!!!! Do NOT come here this is ridiculous!!!! If I could give less than one star I would! Update: just left the clinic current time...10:20 AM

They always take along time to assist you. I have spent almost three hours here, it’s ridiculous. The receptionist there are always rude and have an attitude. I am on the phone with them right now and I have been on hold for about 30 minutes now, and I just have one question.

Horrible customer service ! Where are the receptionist to answer the phone? You guys should get a enough employees to work inside & have a phone reception area was on the phone for 30 mins & still no answer!!

Never coming here again they always call you back to cancel your appointment and reschedule it !!
