Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas - Castroville

Hate hate the front end receptionist Soo rude and Soo unprofessional. There's a tall girl with moles on her face that is super rude and don't even know what she's doing half the time. Manager really needs new front end girls. They don't even answer the phone most the time. Just horrible!!

So bad service to patients...they over schedule patients...I guess to meet their quota/administrative demand. However they have horrible customer service and attitude with patients. They only care about their numbers and don't care about patient's time. It is a waist of time having an appointment at a certain time, wait in the waiting area for 30 min to 1 hour...in addition after being called inside the wait room another 30 min to 1 hour. At the en a 15 min appointment take the patient 2 to 3 hours to come out of the clinic. I wish I had better health insurance so I could get treated better!

The reception staff are not friendly at all. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes later and because they were talking and laughing among themselves, they attended me several minutes later.

Front staff, Dr. Rodriguez and his Assistants are all very kind and helpful and I appreciate them very much!! I recommend this clinic highly. Kim Nichols

I have been a patient in the dental clinic for 2 years. I had extensive work. My encounters with the dentist and staff have always been pleasant. I have observed employees eager to learn, help & be friendly with kids. Its not a chaotic office...busy but well ordered. The Dentist is kind and caring. Its no secret that she cares about what she does. Dennise

I’ve been here many times for both myself and my daughter. We have experienced nothing other than kind, professional help. Kudos to the staff. We have never waited longer than what is expected. J. Garcia is the best!

Yesterday, March 4th 2019 i had an apmnt and was in waiting room 1. I suffer from mental illness. Dr. Oguchi H. Nkwocha was the Dr i was scheduled to see. While i was in the room waiting i heard a Medical Assitant tell the Dr "Dr the patient in room 1 is ok" and the Dr responds in a joking manner "thats what they ALL say" after his remark the Medical Assitant laughs and the Dr then goes in my room and acts as if he didnt make that comment. I have a really hard time as it is asking for help so when i heard that i felt embarrased and really angry. I came in the clinic in trust that i would be helped, not belittled and mocked. I once respected him and now i want nothing to do with that clinic or any of the Drs. Aside from the its really inconvienient because i live in Castroville and now i have to find a dr in salinas or watsonville because i dont feel comfortable going there anymore. That was really unprofessional!

I called my doctor a week ago and he is hang me up I was like really. I will never take this doctor ever again! This is really bad bad
