Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, Beachwood

I have had a pretty crazy year in and out of the hospital. My last few weeks was spent with the wonderful staff at Cleveland Clinic Rehab Hospital Beachwood. Everyone was wonderful and so kind. My stay wasn’t difficult as I had a ton of people cheering me on. Therapy was amazing and I can’t wait until I’m back to myself. I wouldn’t have been able to get going without everyone here! Hands down recommend for anyone who you love ❤️

This is one of the best facility to come to. My dad's stay was a great experience. Every one here was very knowledgeable and very helpful with all of us,including Cleveland Hospital and Hillcrest . This Rehabilitation clinic is the best around. I will give it more than a five-star review. Everyone done an AWESOME JOB with my dad and his stroke. EDWARD JAY KEMP

I am so very pleased with the care that my husband received here. We rolled through the doors here 37 days ago with him unable to walk. Had not taken a step since May 2nd. Today is Aug 19 and he is walking out of here with the aid of a walker. The dedication and skill of the provided here is exceptional. All of the providers are great. Steve, Doug, Julie, Carol really pushed him to his limits and it paid off. I am so grateful and will definitely recommend this facility. It's the best rehab center in the country. I have many hospital/rehabilitation stays under my belt and this was by far the best experience I've had. Not only is the building immaculate, All the staff across the board is exceptional here, from the RNs to the NAs to the therapy staff! The food is also phenomenal it is by no means your typical hospital food, they really do try and make you feel at ease and at home here!

Staff here was phenomenal, doctors were knowledgeable, nurses were incredibly attentive, and therapists did an incredible job at tailoring their programs to each unique person. Everyone here made sure all patients felt like people and were easy to talk to without making you feel stuck in a hospital.

This place literally changed my life for the better. When I first arrived, I could barely walk or even get up. My physical health, strength, and confidence have improved greatly. The Physical and Occupational Therapists, doctors, nurses and staff are all amazing. I would definitely recommend this Rehabilitation Hospital. 5/5 stars!

My mother was at this facility for two weeks. Mom fell and hit her head while going to the bathroom. My mother was transported to Hillcrest Hospital and given a CAT scan for her injuries. She was then transferred back to Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation. THE STAFF DID NOT NOTIFY THE FAMILY ABOUT THE INCIDENT UNTIL OVER 18 HOURS LATER. Sorry but that is complete BS! I am going to look into legal options concerning this incident. Less than a week after this incident, the staff documented mom is alright to go home and care for herself??? I'm completely not impressed with the "World Class Care" my mother received.

I had some good days and some bad days. Oh my good days everything was fun and the staff was funny and we had a great time, on my bad days they stepped up. They made me feel secure. They made me feel like they could handle it and that I could trust them. I did trust them!
