I had a left knee replacement and was primarily assigned to Jennifer. She was always prepared and encouraged me more than pushed, initiating a variety of exercises which made it easy to continue working out at home. Scott was another physical therapist I worked with. He was equally good and I really enjoyed his sense of humor. It was a hard challenge to reach my goal but the struggle was worth it thanks to these two.

I have received excellent care and progress with Andrea Alsalahat, Scott Parker and student Kevin, as well. They explain everything clearly and correct my movements which has reduced pain and led to greater healing. They are a professional, kind and hard working team of therapists.

I had an appointment with this place and they called me two times on my caller ID. First time to set up appointment, called me later that day from caller ID that again showed their phone number to ask me if I wanted to reschedule or can I get out earlier at 9:00 in the morning because the girl that does the dry needling would not be there at 3:45 for my appointment and something about signing papers to do so. I told them the earliest I could get off was 3:00 so I didn't have to miss work. Kept the appointment so on the way there I called them and ask them if all I was going to do was come in and sign a paper for the dry needling or they were going to actually do something for me that day. The phone receptionist kept insisting that no one from their facility called me and said anything about signing a paper or dry needling. So I said what am I making this up that someone called me from this number and she told me no one called me from that number and that I said that not her. Totally rude receptionist that I refuse to do business with so I told her I would go to another facility. The very first dealing that I had with this place when I walked in, the receptionist told me why don't you go to another facility because it was closer to my home! She acted like it was some kind of bother to set me up an appointment.

Having therapy on my left knee. Scott does an excellent job. No doubt me knee will be back to normal soon.
