It's Cleveland clinic! Amazing facility and staff. Assistance from the moment you arrive, greeting, check-in, directions to your appointment and testing area, after-care to follow up appointment, directions to the restrooms and correct elevators. There's also staff to assist with patient kiosk check-in (in case you didn't check-in online) and that's wonderful so you don't have to wait in line and I've observed this reduces the time spent at the facility. This has been my experience every time I've visited the Cleveland clinic in Twinsburg and I've been a patient here for years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ladies in the front reception last night were really nice. I was seen right away due to my issues I was having. My left arm was in excruciating pain I mean a pain I’ve never felt before. The nurse lady who took me in was super nice and compassionate and got me into a room. Now the RN guy with pure grey hair was the most dismissive person I’ve ever met in my life. And made me feel like my issue was not a concern AT ALL. Super unprofessional. But the DR who actually saw me yesterday he was super understanding and made me feel better about my situation and explained things to me.

The nurses and Dr where amazing very compassionate and helpful. The billing department however did absolutely everything in their power to postpone, thankfully we have Aetna and they went the extra mile. Also don't use the pharmacy located here they're ridiculously slow and don't care. At the check in they ask do you want to get your scripts filled here so it'll be more convenient they'll be ready by the time you are discharged. This is what the nurses and staff will tell you the pharmacy on the other hand will tell you they'll get to it when they get to it. Cleveland Clinic stop telling your patient's to fill their scripts with you so you can have them when you leave unless you are willing to require your pharmacy to uphold what you're telling your patient's.

i was there 5/27/24 for about 7 hours before i was transferred to hillcrest to be admitted. my time here was honestly one of the better experiences i’ve had at an er. i had been sent from urgent care to an er, this is the one i chose, for more tests and i had been taken completely seriously about my concerns. getting a room took a little while (a good hour and a half), that’s as expected, but when i was taken back i got my labs and scans done fairly quick. everyone i encountered had been kind instead of condescending like other ers i’ve been to, which was very nice since being in the er on my day off was not something i particularly wanted to be doing. they eventually moved me rooms before being transferred and i was there for a little while. my nurse, Brenna, was an amazing woman. i’ve never been moved to write a review like this before, but she’s the reason i’m writing it. she was pleasant the whole time and accommodated me without making me feel like a burden or getting annoyed. she started my care at about 7 pm until i had left at around 9:30 pm. i didn’t get to see her before i had officially left to thank her for the care i received. she did an amazing job.

I think it is fair to say that this hospital deserves more credit than some give credit for. I was taken here following a workplace accident after showing signs of a possible concussion. The nursing and CAT scan staff were top rate and the overall convenience of the hospital being right in the middle of Twinsburg made the whole trip effortless as my workplace is just off Highland Rd. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for a wonderful treatment and for helping me as quickly as you all did! You guys deserve more than five stars! ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐

The PA, Abby was genuine and caring. The ER doc (in blue) was genuine and nice. Even though we chose to sign out AMA, they treated us with respect. They listened to the plan we needed for financial security. Great Job CCF! ❤️

I gave this place a one star rating. I like the facility but it seriously lacks close up efficient parking for handicapped people. It's so far away and too long to walk from there to the facility. Whomever was on the designing committee missed the boat on this. Also, the park like benches that are out front to wait for folks to pick you up if your waiting on a ride, are horribly uncomfortable and again not designed for the handicapped person in mind. They sit way to low to the ground and need to be a tad bit higher, but not too high. The clinic needs to readdress these issues, correct, and do the right thing. Also, I would be real nice if the clinic provided valet parking for Seniors and Handicapped at a very low price of say, $3.00 Dollar's or less.

I just took my elderly father for a 7am appointment for an ultrasound. We were a bit late and tried to check in at 7:11 am. Our appointment was removed and receptionist said we were 1 minute over limit. She refused to get her big body up off the desk and talk to technician. Honestly, she could definitely have used the steps. Then told us that we have to reschedule. For a 10 minute ultrasound! Sorry my dad is old and takes a while to get to appointment. But it's OK for us to wait an hour in waiting room for doc appointment. God forbid us being 1 minute late. The receptionist and her coworker did nothing. They should both be fired. A disgrace to health care. Don't go to this location. No wonder why the building looked empty.
