I want to thank clear water staff for the time and care they gave to my father Sergio Villalobos when he was admitted. His stay was greatly appreciated!! I would recommend clear water for their care needs. I was very pleased because to me my father is everything to me!

Thank you to the social service director for helping me navigate this difficult process for my mother. She never hesitated to help and assisted with resources I never knew existed and placement information as everything was new to me. Very calm and sweet young lady. If you have a love one needing skill nursing for a short time, look into this facility. Everyone was great and my mother was happy with her short stay.

I would just like to say my husband came to this facility for rehab each nurse, physical therapist, CNA was absolutely amazing. I would most definitely recommend this place for anyone to get that assistant that they need. The Clarks

My father is currently at Clearwater right now and I can say it will be my number one to refer to anyone who is looking into skill nursing. The social services and the new director of social services has been so attentive to my concerns. She has been so informative and caring.

Last June Kaiser gave my brother and me 20 minutes to pick a Skilled Nursing Facility, from a short list, for our mother as she was being discharged from the Hospital. We went straight to the reviews of these facilities and found that they all had great and terrible reviews. I think we picked Clear Water because they had the best website. Her stay was short and we were very pleased with the care she received. When my mother was hospitalized again in October and we were asked what nursing facility we wanted to send her to, of course we chose Clear Water. Since that time I have toured 90% of the Skilled Nursing Facilities, that take Medicare, between Modesto and Stockton and I can tell you that Clear Water is truly one of the best! I toured a lot of facilities that I was shocked that they actually had a license to operate. Of course every facility has it's issues, but the staff at Clear Water have listened to and been quick to address those issues. This is why I believe Clear Water deserves to be top on your list for the Nursing Facilities in this area... The Nurses and CNA's: They are the heart of a nursing facility. The folks working at Clear Water are good and caring people. My mom and I have our favorites, but there are too many to mention by name. They are short staffed at times, but all medical facilities and Hospitals have the same problem. Social Services: When you are faced with the reality of not being able to care for a loved one at home any longer, you can feel lost in the system. The Social Services staff have been so helpful helping me navigate this new world. They have been wonderful. Food Services: I was in a hospital over a month a few years ago and meal times plus the food quality is a big deal each day. Clear Water gives you menus to fill out for each day so you can tailor your meals to suit your needs. Most other facilities do not provide this service. Analyn, the gal that runs the food service department, has been so accommodating when it comes to my mom's special food needs. She has truly gone above and beyond! The Facilities: Clear Water is kept very clean, smells good and the grounds are well taken care of. Many of the other facilities I have toured have taken to shoving 3 people and beds into a room that was built for and meant to house 2 patients. It's terrible! Administrative staff: I don't deal with many of them except for Iva. She's been wonderful! If you're in the situation of choosing a Skilled Nursing Facility for your loved one...I hope this helps!

My good friend was here for several months. He liked Clearwater and thought it was very nice. The staff was attentive to him and kept me updated whenever he needed to be hospitalized which towards the end was often because he was in the end stages of his medical condition. Some of the administrative staff was more responsive than others but everyone was professional.

My sister was at CWHC after having a stroke. The rehab department really helped her and the care was so good. The facility was clean. I was able to visit my sister and have time with her before she crossed over. Thank you Clearwater staff for making her stay comfortable and with dignity.

After visiting Clearwater, a few times, I’ve noticed their care can be sketchy. Some of the assistance are kind and friendly while others appear to be rushed, rough and not friendly. Reception, needs additional training as there was no eye contact upon my arrival whatsoever. She appeared to be preoccupied and not welcoming. I found this after each of my visits The Director of the facility (Eddy) is wonderful and will most certainly listen to your concerns. Blessings
