ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital is a beautiful facility in Avondale. Everyone that works here including the my best friends in the dining room are awesome and wear amazing smiles everyday. It definitely matters when your family members are being cared for by people who WANT to be there caring for them and it shows. I visit at different times of the day, daily. It is always clean, always smells great like everyone was just showered. I love the “personal touch” that is taken to make sure that what is good for the “visitor “ is also good for them. If you want a rehabilitation acute therapy facility.,This is the place to be. They’re aggressive, their kind and their ultimate goal is to get you home and get you back to be self sufficient. I couldn’t ask for a better team and a staff that cares .five stars all the way!!!!

My mother broke her hip while on vacation in Phoenix. After having surgery she was lucky to have been transferred to ClearSky for post surgery rehabilitation. From the moment we checked in we received compassionate and amazing care. The nurses, aides, PTs, and OTs were absolutely the best. The entire staff do an incredible job. My mother had some complications from her surgery and briefly had to return to the hospital. ClearSky staff were so incredible in helping with the health and insurance questions that constantly arose. They worked hard to help with my mother’s transport to and from the hospital. Because our family is from out of town and constantly were traveling back and forth from our homes.. it was comforting to know that our mother was is good hands. What was especially impressive is that everyone seemed to really love their jobs. We will forever be grateful. Once we were able to get mom home.. she immediately expressed how she missed the people at ClearSky! Thank you ClearSky.. you guys are amazing. Love, the family of Celia Johnson

I had a really hard time at the beginning of my stay due to some unfortunate circumstances but my nurses helped me through a lot and made sure to listen to my worries, making the stay more comfortable then anticipated. My physical and occupational therapist were amazing (Jessica and Mirinisa)! The session were intense for me some days but afterwards I could tell how helpful they were, I could see how much better I was able to move after each session with them, such amazing ladies! Everyone there was truly outstanding at their jobs.

The care I got while at Clearsky Rehabilitation Hospital of Avondale was excellent. I like that the Dr.s & nurses talked to me & not at me. Laure the RN who got me settled in was awesome. She made me feel at ease. I wish that I could remember ask the nurses & cna"s names because they should be named by name. Also all the therapy staff. They are also very knowledge & really gave me a great work out. The assistants in the gym are also fantastic. Diane was very comforting when she came to my room. Very bubbly & enthusiastic. The bistro personnel are awesome. Always had a smile on their faces asking how your day was going & willing to help. I wish that Clearsky had been around when my family members needed specialized care. If I could give you a million gold stars I would. Thank you again for making my stay there so good. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CLEARSKY REHABILITATION HOSPITAL IF AVONDALE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS CARE!

If you want your loved ones sitting in their bed or wheelchair all day this is the perfect place. Don't let this place fool you into thinking that they will actually heal your loved ones if they have mobility issues. My grandma has been there 2 in a half weeks and is lucky if she gets 1 hour of physical therapy a day. Anytime our family questions why they didn't show up or why she is not having more PT we are always told ohhhhh that's a separate entity we I don't know. The main reason my grandma was taken there was due to the fact that her ability to walk was diminishing and they said they could help. However if you take a look around everyone is wheelchaired to their 3 meals a day and other then when they need to help them go to the bathroom they are just sitting in their rooms waiting to possibly go to PT for 1 hour. This is false advertising and at this rate you mine as well try to get your loved one walking on your own or to another facility that will actually pay attention to their patients more then the doctor occasionally popping in and asking how your doing and saying IDK what is going on with PT. One lady actually dropped my grandma because she was not trained properly to use the belt to help my grandma out of the bed and luckily she was ok nothing major happened but this is just not ok. Most the staff is really nice and the place is very clean but someone needs to get there act together with making sure these patients get the proper PT they need to get moving again.

My name is Henry Beltran. I was admitted to clear sky rehab around the 10th of October. I was in because I had my left foot amputated . As of today I've been here 12 days and im writing this review about not just one employee because in my experience at clear sky , every employee ive encountered from the ceo , amy , to the nurses , cn's to all the therapist , i did not have a bad experience with any of them and i would be doing a disservice to them if i didnt include their names in my review. So Here we go : amy the ceo , therapists jessica , gracie , aya , mirrimisa , jackie, joanne , and i know im missing a few and im so sorry for that , , melinda , yessenia , alexis , the entire kitchen crew , diane my case worker ,michelle who took the time to come speak to me about insurances , and i know i forgot a few , but kudos to all these people , kudos to clear sky for having such a professinal staff and facility . This is a first class rehabilitation center and i give them 5 stars . Thanks again.
