I went to the emerency room and they wouldn’t even let me in the waiting room told me my head exploding wasn’t an emerency threw a camera they denied me access to the ER when I was dying. 😭 after they told me to go home this isn’t an emergency my gf drove me to Manhattan at 100mph and via Christi ER recorded me having a heart attack and migraine The day before that clay ER called me a liar in the er and called me a drug addict said I was faking it. Never go to clay center ER. They also lost my insurance info didn’t ask me for it and didn’t file it in time so I’m responsible for the visits when I have two insurances and should have been covered. I only go there if I need a script for something like poison ivy there ER is a joke rude disrespectful hates there jobs and will call you a drug addict to your face instead of trying to figure out why your dying and tell you over and over to shut up your making too much noise totally unreal I’m dying and there telling me to shut up I’m not even in pain then knock you out with fentanyl instead of figuring out what’s wrong they knocked me out 3 times 3 different days in in a row in the er called me a drug addict shot me up with three shots of fentanyl fast to knock me out then when I wake up sent me home when I was having heart problems via Christie figured this out the first visit when Clay Center couldn’t figure it out in 3er visits 3 days in a row Go there if you dare it’s my worst nightmare every time if I’m dying I’m driving 45 minutes to via Christy trust me it’s worth the wait way better then being told your faking it and sent home.also via Christy said they never should of used fentanyl there’s other drugs that would’ve fixed my headache like Muscle relaxers, but they would rather call me a drug addict and knock me out with 3 shots of Fentanyl instantly shoved into my iv. They just told me you have muscle tension and send me home with no idea on how to help it also totally Miss the heart attacks. I was missing both P waves Thank god we have via Christy just 45 minutes away. I pray the lord helps this hospital.

Great hospital and staff. Having a hospital of this caliber in a town of 4,500 is unheard of. Big city capability with small town caring...a nice combination. Kudos to the staff, nurses, docs and management of this facility. If you have an option to elect to have services here do it without hesitation...you'll thank me later!

Wonderful help recovering from bicep tear and rotator cuff surgery. Appreciate the encouragement and helpfulness of all providers!

Absolutely love this hospital. My childbirth experience was amazing. All of the nurses and doctors were so nice and caring. You could tell they genuinely cared about us, not that they were just doing their job. My daughter had to be readmitted a few days later, an I was a wreck. Every staff member from the registration desk to the doctors we so kind and compassionate, a few of our nurses even remembered us and came by to check on us. This hospital will always be our first choice. Keep up the good work!

If I could do a lower review I would. My husband has had issues with his eye for several months now. He keeps going to the er about it and they keep telling him antibiotics. Well he has been doing just that as well as eye drops he was given. He is in pain all the time. It looks like a water pocket or something on the underside of his eyelid. It's been drained by a specialist and has came back. Seems Noone is trying to truly help make this go away.

This is the absolute only place I will ever go . My life , physical and mental health has been a 360 turn around in the right direction in just a years time .

I am pleased to say that the visit to your ER was extremely helpful. I was able to get relief from my excruciating pain I was having more than a week in my lower back. The injections I was given by the ER nurse for my sciatic nerve issues that was caused by a home injury has relieved the pain tremendously. How ever the PA (Kendell Varner) had a horrible chair side manor. Made me feel like I shouldn't have been there. Horrible personality!!!! This visit made me feel soooooo much better. I couldn't sleep, sit, drive or work. To me this was a emergency. I feel 95% better and have a appointment with my pain doctor in Manhattan 12/5/23. We had a great experience with the staff at CCMC when my daughter was in ER and admitted to the hospital. Everybody took great care of her in the ER and in hospital. The rooms are big and not tight feeling. Nursing staff helped her with everything she needed. Dr.Anderson was very helpful and made sure she was on the mend.
