I had a calf injury that I thought was going to make not able to run or walk for weeks. In a matter of 2 minutes, Ellen was able to see that my issue, as well as other back pain was easily treatable with simple stretching and strengthening exercises. I highly recommend Clarity physical Therapy and Wellness Center. Like Ellen says, “you should not be living in pain every day!”

As my first ever experience with physical therapy, I found therapist Jay Ruban, PT, DPT, at Clarity in Western Springs, to be excellent and effective. He listened to my concerns, tailored each session, followed up and gave me the tools to continue on my own. Moreover, the issue with my foot/ ankle is resolved. Thanks for your help, Jay.

“Home Sweet Home” is the best way to describe my experience at Clarity Wellness Center. The clinic I visited was in Western Springs, a short distance from my home which made my 2x weekly visits convenient. From the moment I entered, I was warmly greeted with friendly, helpful receptionists followed up with knowledgeable, skilled and caring therapy by Craig. After 4 months of consistent visits, I was ready to implement what I practiced each week on my own. Sadly, I had to say goodbye. Yet, I know I have a group of supportive, caring professionals to bring my body back to wellness at any time. Thank you Clarity team! You are the best.

I started therapy with Clarity in November to treat plantar fasciitis which I had been battling for one year. After unsuccessful steroid injection therapy, my physician recommended physical therapy. I researched therapists in the area and was impressed with the reviews and holistic approach Clairty takes with patients. My therapist Jay Ruben was absolutely phenomenal. He was patient, insightful and so knowledgeable in treating my issue. After two months, my symptoms were substantially eliminated and we determined I no longer needed therapy. Unfortunately, after two weeks of being therapy free, I unfortunately injured my back during a personal training session and aggrevated a herniated disk and bulging disk issue. I immediately returned to Clarity and Jay for help. The pain I was experiencing was indescribable! Jay and the Clarity team immediately tended to my issues and got me back on my feet in short order! After 4 weeks of therapy twice per week, my symptoms and issues have been completely resolved! I cannot speak highly enough for Craig (owner) and his entire team. From the moment you enter their facility, the desk personnel treat you with such kindness and their follow through with appointment reminders and scheduling is impeccable! I have referred a close friend who has battled chronic back issues for years to Jay and Clarity. He started therapy with them a few weeks ago and like me, is already experiencing great improvement. Clarity Physical Therapy deserve the highest rating and praise for their services and their team from my perspective and experience.

Cannot more highly recommend Clarity PT. I suffered with low back and glute pain for 2.5 years following pregnancy. Tried everything to no avail. Started seeing Ellen and within a few session of PT and dry needling, my pain was gone. Her knowledge, genuine care, and attention to patients is incredible. My experience with her has honestly been life changing. The clinic in Clarendon Hills is brand new, always so clean, and the entire staff is so friendly. Definitely check them out!

After my hip surgery, I was facing an expected six months of recovery, but the incredible team here had me back on my feet in half the time. I am very impressed with the help I received for my back issues at Clarity Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. I never even saw a doctor for my issue, I went straight to Clarity for an evaluation. I have had PT at many places, but none were as individualized and as caring as Clarity was. I was not passed off to an assistant, as often happens at other clinics, and everyone seemed truly concerned about my well-being. I honestly thought I had little chance of resolving my issues, but in less than 10 visits I was well on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Clarity for physical therapy.

Clarity is beyond first class. I have been an athlete for 45 years and have been to many P.T. centers for injuries and post surgery rehab and this is by far the most impressive. All of the physical therapists are well trained, competent, knowledgeable, and kind. Craig who I work with and his wife Ellen are the owners and have many advanced certifications. However, in my educated opinion there is more to to rehab than just medical and technical knowledge. They understand that they are not just working on a knee or a spine but a human being who is in pain and/or suffering from a loss of mobility and their mood and self worth need help as well. Every single employee here shows empathy and is uplifting. They have created a welcoming environment that bolsters the human spirit and that helps those currently physically challenged thrive. I recommend Clarity without reservation or hesitation.
