This office really cares about their patients. They are always friendly, happy and know and welcome their patients on a first name basis. They listen to concerns and generally care about the patients well being and strive to get them feeling better and back to their everyday lives. I have heard so much positive feedback from patients and so many success stories. Anyone seeking assistance from this office will be in great hands and will definitely see improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Forbes and his staff. I could not wash my back because I had lost the mobility and it was so painful raise my arms above my waist. It is wonderful to have the mobility of my arms back and pain free.

This review is long overdue. My family and I have been with City Health Services @ Longmore since 2016 and have received the the most amazing care from the entire team. From Dr. Forbes relieving my TMJ and shoulder pain that I'd had for 6+ years prior that a number of docs couldn't seem to help with, to him improving my husband's quality of life after he had a few vertebras in his upper back being nearly fused together to a degree that made it dangerous for him to work or play with his children. He also helped me to lose nearly 60 pounds and keep it off. We just recently returned for my daughter who was having very intense leg pain and headaches. After a week of therapy, the pain nearly vanished! Dr. Garcia has been very attentive, taking into consideration some health issues my daughter has been struggling with and explaining things in a way that helps her to better understand her body and how the therapy is helping. The front desk staff (Kelsey & Sharon), our physical therapist (Brittany), and nurse practitioner (Terry) have all been very outstandingly supportive. I couldn't ask for a better support team. One of my favorite things about City Health Services is the fact you don't feel like a patient, instead you're welcomed like you're part of the family.

Dr. Forbes is a wonderful chiropractor who provides great care to his patients! I strained my back while lifting and Dr. Forbes was quick to help me and get me back in alignment! Love this office ❤️

I am not a young woman and have had my share of doctor visits, physical therapy appointments, etc. I have NEVER felt as cared for and welcomed as I have with this practice! They worked with me (and my insurance) to find the right combination of treatments to make me start feeling better from the very first week! They are very willing to explain what they are doing and why, which helps me have faith in their care of the total me (mentally, physically and emotionally). I am very happy to give them the highest recommendation!

I have had issues with my back and right leg for several years. I connected with Dr. G. and her great staff when they came to my place of work to offer free massages and to talk to residents. I figured I myself would go for a free consult as I have been in pain for years. Doctors told me there were no issues except for mild arthritis in my lower back. I had such a complete work up when I went for my consult. X-Rays, a test for circulation issues. Dr. G. then spent at least 30 minutes with me to go over the findings and to come up with an actual plan.She found the issues and she and her staff assist me three times a week. The kindness, patience, and knowledge has been a game changer for my pain. Terrific place and staff

I have been a client of City Health Services for over 4 years and through their guidance and support I have greatly increased my mobility and decreased my spasms. Through their program of physical therapy, chiropractic care, electric stimulus and massage therapy, I am able to enjoy a much higher quality of life than if I didn’t have this service. The staff is friendly and welcoming with their main goal your health and well-being in mind. I am grateful for all of the medical support I have received through City Health Services.
