THIS PLACE DOES EVERYTHING! From holistic pain-management, physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, and a massage every time I go in, this is undoubtedly the BEST clinic I’ve been to! (Keep reading to see why.) How I’ve improved: I have been receiving care from City Health Services for almost 4 months, and I can’t believe the improvement I’ve made! I feel so much better! I used to have daily headaches and extremely tight shoulders. It even used to hurt to sit, but ever since I began treatment, I no longer have headaches and I’m fully functioning. Office Environment: The staff at City Health is super friendly, and I can tell that they are concerned about my health. It’s a family-friendly kind of feel; they know every patient by name! The doctors are very kind and are willing to explain in detail what I need.

I have been receiving professional care from the whole staff at the Mesa AZ location. I feel like everyone truly cares about helping me get the most qualified treatments possible for my conditions. I am currently being treated with the Sanexas machine for chronic pain in my neck and chronic tension headaches, 3 times a week. They also give me trigger point massages and chiropractic adjustments every time I’m there. Staff are friendly and happy. I love this place.

City Health Services has and continues to provided outstanding and professional full-service care. I was experiencing significant, borderline debilitating upper back and neck pain. I wasn't sleeping well, had constant headaches, and the pain was impacting my ability to work. Dr. Forbes, Dr. Jex, and the entire City Health Team developed a treatment plan that addressed my specific needs and provided care that quickly provided relief. Great facility, friendly staff, good environment. They really work with you in every aspect to try and get you into the best you that you can be. And I can happily say that after being a patient here for a couple years, I have figured out my body can do things I didn't think it could anymore, and I have achieved a greater level of pain relief in certain areas than I thought would ever be possible. I've been going to City Health Services on and off for a few years. Dr Jex is a fantastic doctor. He's gentle, patient and has a great way of relaxing you while going through your procedure. The staff is fun, friendly, knowledgeable which makes the overall experience at City Health Services positive. I recommend this facility, you will receive a total hehabilitation package.

This place is grate ! After a car accident i was in pain, stressed with the whole situation. They made me feel comfortable they took all the stress away. Helped me in many ways, I’m really thankful to have found them. I love how friendly and the good vibe this place have. Everyone gets along it just feels like a big family . Thank you!! I was admitted to the ER for SEVERE vertigo and nausea and one evening in late July and Dr. Jex was wonderful! He was kind, and attentive. He listened to what I had to say about what I was experiencing and took into consideration all my medications before prescribing anything and made me feel like I was going to be ok. The nurse I had was rude and made fun of me for having a nose ring but getting nervous about getting my blood drawn.
