I’ve been going to Citi Med’s Hollywood location, and I can’t say enough great things about this place. Mr. Alan, Ms. Denise, and Ms. Jessica are hands down the most caring and attentive professionals I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly welcomed. Mr. Alan and Ms. Denise take their time with me during each session, making me feel like their number one priority. They really focus on my individual needs and recovery, which has made a world of difference in my physical progress. Their dedication to helping me get better has been so encouraging, and I always leave feeling more confident in my journey to recovery. The entire team is amazing, and I highly recommend Citi Med for anyone looking for compassionate, personalized care. You’ll feel like family here! The office is always clean !! Amazing bathrooms and they’re are always practicing the best ways to keep us safe by having us wash hands everytime we come in and everything is wiped down and sanitize just an amazing location with amazing people !!

I read some reviews on this place and can’t say anything negative (so far). I guess its all about who tends to you. I was lucky enough to be seen by Trish (a physical therapist) at this location and she was very attentive to my needs and asked me about my pains and problems. Thanks Trish. Hope next time I come, I’m treated just as well by your colleagues. UPDATE (8/31/2023): If you read my last review, I said "Hope next time I come, I’m treated just as well by your colleagues" I meant the next visit that week. Well, unfortunately I'm back for another accident years later. FORTUNATELY, some of the same staff is there and everyone is still awesome. Pam has been a savior since the last time I came (3 years ago), especially treating my sciatic pain. ADVICE: Physical therapy is not a "spa day", you have to help yourself for them to help you. Expert stretches and targeted exercises are what help you get better. If you don't know what this is about, let them teach you. Don't come with a preconceived notion, thinking that this is a massage and cucumbers on your face because it's not. Thanks Pam, thanks Alan

The whole staff is well trained, starting from the entry to the exit. The front desk representative Dahliah is very professional, Informative, and sympathetic. The therapists at this location are amazing to single any person out is not doing full justice. Denisse is very passionate about her job, and In helping patients. The interaction is the same with every patient, which is impressive because of the consistency. Alan is also a great therapist if you’re into doing more than bare minimum he will definitely recommend exercises that will help you additionally and push you to gain back your strength or stronger. Pam is another therapist that is amazing, she gives really good massages, and cares about your well being. Yermain even though I didn’t have a lot of interactions with him I saw that patients were pleased to interact with him, and he would always ask how I am feeling. Overall everyday of therapy was a great interaction, the therapists would help guide you through each exercise while making you laugh. I highly recommend this facility, every therapist on the staff are amazing.

So I want to start off by saying this is my first time having therapy done at CitiMed (Hollywood) & WOW! The staff is super amazing Jessica A Lugo ( at the front ) was very welcoming and helped with any questions I might have had which was great. I have been seen by a special lady named Pam who honestly goes above and beyond every-time I come. She is funny , a great person , & the best massage I’ve ever had . Lol love this place honestly !

Jessica Is friendly and inviting. Excellent, personable, informative and caring PT staff, Pam, Denise and Alan. Patients should be required to turn off mobile devices! When did we as a society become oblivious to common courtesy - NO ONE is interested in listening to your calls on or off speaker phone!!! Have consideration for others - Google manners - to learn what that is!!! Consider providing a shelf in the bathroom for purses and more soothing music, less vulgar and explicit
