Cioffredi & Associates Physical Therapy

I am a professional dancer and ballet teacher in the area. 6 months ago, I had a “freak of nature” accident and tore my calf. When I first started going to Ciofreddis to rehab, I could only do one single calf raise. ONE. Neil is excellent, kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the success of his patients. Recovery is not a linear experience, he knew exactly what to do to assist in physical recovery, but also what to say to mentally put my mind at ease and reassure me that I was doing all of the right things for improvement. Fast forward to now, six months later, and I am back and feeling confident and capable. Thanks to Neil and Cioffredis, I’m not afraid to continue moving forward and doing the things that I love. I can not thank you enough. My success would not have been possible without you.

I've been coming to Cioffredi's for many years, for my knees, my shoulder, my migraines, my back. And every time i improve dramatically. I remain active because of the excellent analysis of my pains and resulting therapy. I gain a new lease on life. I am always greeted with a smile and by name. The expertise of the physical therapists at Cioffredis is unparalleled. They evaluated my situation, really listened to my goals and I was able to determine what ideal treatment would be. Four years ago, PT worked. Now my knee’s arthritis and torn meniscus does need surgery. I was able to delay surgery for four years. I also know what exercises I need to do optimize surgery. I’ll be rehabbing with them post op.

I have had excellent care at every appointment. The whole staff is amiable and accurate. Joe is the one in charge of my productivity, but everyone has great imput into my care. They keep on my feet (foot, usually) 🤭 with a variety of exercises and are nearby for support if they see me begin to lose my balance. I can see how much exercise keeps a person steadier as he/she "balance" each day's activities. I'm so thankful my doctor encouraged me to do this.

I've worked with Kate at Cioffredi's Physical Therapy several times and have nothing but high regards for my treatments. It's relaxed, but professional atmosphere, where I've enjoyed my treatment. I went in for knee and hip issues and was able to recently take a trip to Alaska and walk 6 miles without problems on a couple days.

I have had therapy at Cioffredi for several different issues. And they have never failed at "curing" the issue. I entrust my heath to them and they make a plan for me and provide me with what I need. They also are able to adjust the plan if something occurs that requires a change. Wonderful professional staff !

This is a great place to go for PT. Everyone is very friendly and the place is very nice. I saw Joanna she was great. She was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me and work with me to help me to get back to my active self. I saw her weekly and we would work on a few exercises that helped with my hip and back pain. It worked, I am feeling better and stronger. I would recommend her and the rest of the crew.

For years, I have known and used Cioffredi's Physical Therapy. They have always fixed the problem and been excellent in laying out an exercise plan that is manageable and that works. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
