These folks are great! I’ve had many friendly, positive, helpful interactions with Andrea and Kelly in n the front office. They are always willing to go the extra mile and take the time to be helpfull and attentive. Practitioners Jeff and Savannah are miracle workers, knowledgeable and diligent. Really the whole crew is just stellar. The best!

Excellent, friendly, compassionate care. Warm, welcoming atmosphere starts the mmoment you walk in the front door and are greeted with a big smile from the front desk clerk, Andrew. I attended pool and floor physical therapy for six months here after suffering a stroke. My therapist,Charlie impressed me with his compassion and humor from D ay One until the very last day. My first visit was for aquatic therapy and as soon soon as we got in the water I burst into tears because my stroke causes me to cry all the time now from fear, happiness or sadness. Charlie immediately comforted me by putting his hand on my shoulder and telling me everything was going to be okay and when I apologized repeatedly dor crying, he assured me, telling me,"you don't ever have to say you're sorry for anything .. except when you step on my foot." This made both of us laugh which made me stop crying, andI let him know okay I was ready to get deeper into the pool now. Every session I had with Charlie as he helped me to walk and gain strength in my left leg and movement in my left arm, he always made sure to work me out hard but to make sure to watch and ask me if and when we needed to modify a stretch or movement to make sure I wasn't in too much pain. He would constantly joke though, telling me that P.T. stands for pain and torture. I really enjoyed My sessions at Cibolo Creek in bulverde, and I've gained more confidence in walking, and in the water because of the exceptional care I received there. I definitely will recommend cibolo creek to anyone of any age needing physical therapy. I'm 52 years old snd I saw patients in their teens and 80s receiving care here.

The good folks at Cibalo Creek Physical Therapy have been taking care of me now for approximately 7 weeks due to my knee replacement. I found a group of professionals who are dedicated to my healing and recovery and manage to make me laugh and enjoy our time together in the process. From the friendly staff in the front office to the knowledgeable team in the back I have been in good hands from the start. Specifically, Jose, my Physical Therapist has impressed me from the beginning with his knowledge and understanding of my particular surgery, the body parts affected and the steps he is taking to rehabilitate me. I was reluctant to go to physical therapy fearful of the pain that might be involved. Jose has me looking forward to coming. I can’t recommend this place enough!

After my daughter had ACL surgery, her doctor referred her to Cibolo Creek for physical therapy. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, professional and above all super friendly. The facility is very clean, from the reception area, to the restrooms, to the treatment room. And everyone really cares about you. I love how peaceful it is while waiting for her. The atmosphere is positive and the vibes are high. A perfect environment for healing. My daughter leaves every session happy, and encouraged to do her exercises. With special thanks to Zach and José. Her recovery has been speedy so far and we couldn’t be happier. Many thanks to everyone at Cibolo Creek physical therapy to make this possible. Highly recommended!

Fabulous physical therapy location! Very knowledgeable physical therapist with great bedside manner for our teen daughter that is active in sports and dancing. Clean location with up to date equipment. Highly recommend!

Being an active duty retired disabled Veteran I have had my share of Physical Therapy experiences and I have to say, I look forward to my appointments @ Cibolo Creek in Spring Branch. The physical therapist have a hands on “old school” approach that I personally feel has been lacking in this industry for 20+ years i.e. you’re not a number! If you want a personable & successful experience from the front desk thru your physical therapy session(s), I highly recommend Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy in Spring Branch.

I’m completely floored as I write this. I guess I’m not used to this type of treatment/care being military (no shade- I LOVED my service). As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the sweetest staff (even the other patients were sweet). I thought I was just coming in for paperwork since I was told by my pain management doctor that I’d be going to the pool so I was NOT prepared (I didn’t bring water), I asked the head lady in front if they had water. She didn’t just point me to the water fountain. This angel went to the back to get me a cup- and got me water from the fountain (something most would have just pointed me to-very sweet). As I walk in to the facility, you could just feel the peace! All of the people were so kind, you could just feel it! The facility was so clean! The physical therapist just went above, and beyond what I’m normally used to! He wasn’t just trying to treat the symptoms, he wanted to get to the root. This place is AMAZING!

The Staff is kind, very knowledgeable and compassionate. The manual therapy combined with physical therapy increased my healing time. I highly recommend Jeff and his team to help strengthen your range of motion, where you are treated like family because they love their jobs and genuinely care about making you feel good!
