The billing department is a mess. I came here to rehabilitate after tearing my ACL playing soccer. With my insurance they told me what the deductible would be and I paid it before each session. Then after several weeks all of a sudden I get a notice that I owe a bunch of money. After making some calls they claimed my insurance "made a mistake" and the deductible I had been paying for weeks was supposed to be a lot higher. Essentially I now owe them a bunch of money because someone in billing wasn't paying attention. I tried raising the issue with someone in charge but was given the run around and told to contact my insurance. The trainers are ok, but you're assigned someone different each session, so you end up doing different exercises each time. The environment is very crowded and things can be disorganized. If you are an athlete I wouldn't recommend rehabilitating here, the programs are geared more towards the elderly and neither intensive or sport specific.

I had hip replacement surgery on Jan 3rd, 2024. After two weeks of PT at home, I settled on Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy on Schertz Pkwy., via a recommendation from my chiropractor. I can't say enough good things about this group of people. The office staff, techs, Physical Therapist Assistants, and of course, the Physical Therapists, changed my life. My recovery would have taken much longer without them. They monitored my workouts/progress and were extremely attentive. I highly recommend these folks!

At CCPT I got temporary relief from pain via cupping/massage only for that day. Then after receiving dry needling I experienced immense pain on top of the pain I already had. The PT, A.F. who did the procedure said she got the needle deep enough where she hit the bone, and the soreness will only last for the weekend, but instead it lingered for months. A month of doing PT @ CCPT only resulted in more pain, and according to my ortho I did not gain any muscle strength.

I’ve been through ALOT of PT appointments/locations, this is the FIRST one that I feel they are working ME, not telling me what to do. I can feel the difference and look forward to going back. Staff is friendly and helpful. I work with Savanna, she has helped me out a ton!

Jeff Borcik and his team at Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy are AWESOME. Totally feeling better with the chronic back and neck issues I have had from my Military service. Dry needling and instrument assisted treatments are top notch. Kudos to Jeff and crew for the professionalism they displayed in taking care of their customers needs. I highly recommend their services.

Neighbors, I wanted to share my experience with Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, they have several locations, and I attend their newest one in Spring Branch. Vets, old folks like me, young’uns, and handicapped, this is your professional, friendly, and HANDS-ON therapy like no other. I have had a few surgeries in the last year & a half and if you make the effort & use the equipment they extend to you, your physical and mental condition will improve. I am in my 50s and a 22-year retired active-duty disabled vet and their therapy contribution has placed me in the best physical condition I have been in since my 20’s. I have observed the staff work with kids, handicapped children, high school athletes, older folks, no smiling folks that later turn into the most jovial after a few visits – the best way I can describe it is their business model is old-school (keep it simple) which is missing in today’s fast pace working environment i.e. customer first, friendly, administratively astute (e.g. VA, Medicare, general insurance), experienced staff with credentials, and if you have physical limitations they have a tool kit of options that can work around anyone’s physical limitations. Thank you, Jeff, Kelly, Charlie, Jose, Andrew, Jen, Nurv, and Nate. You're not a number at Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy give them a try they will greatly surpass your expectations. Sincerely

Cibolo Creek PT provides excellent physical therapy, giving individual care and attention each visit. Dr. Jeff Borcik does excellent work with an easy-going attitude, providing comfort, always treating me with kindness, friendliness, and understanding; and he has established a great team of healthcare workers, and an inviting, fun environment that guarantees a laugh or two at each visit! Most importantly, I have gained more functioning and improvement in my hand, arm, and shoulder even months after my injury because they encourage you to keep moving and not give up. This is my second experience with Cibolo Creek PT and I am grateful to say they are still the same great place with high quality care and expertise that helped me recover fully the first time!

I had a work injury, first time ever seeing a physical therapist, and both Savannah and Jose were great. Very knowledgeable and focused on getting me better. I have a physically demanding job and I was surprised with my recovery speed and the tips and tricks they passed on to manage pain, thank you!
