Gave three stars because the therapist that actually do the work are nice, friendly,& helpful. The methods they went through to heal my body was working. Downfall to this is the manager or owner Mike has some of the worst over the phone customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I had to cancel because of a family emergency and he made it very clear that I wasted a spot that someone else could’ve had because I had not made it in the day before. Again because of a family emergency he was very rude about it and didn’t even show any type of concern for anything but slots being filled. I’d rather drive an hour and 15 mins to Albuquerque one a week than to deal with that every time I call.
