I visited Chugach Physical Therapy in March of this year . This review is about the treatment I received from Laura Croix ., a physical therapist at the clinic . She gave me a deep massage to my feet and legs from the knees down . While she was doing it I was literally crying out in pain . ( with every move she made ) At one point as she was twisting and bending my toes I said I have good feet ( I didn’t understand what she was doing ) at another point as she continued I said I’m going on vacation and have to be able to walk . When I got home my feet were bruised .and my legs hurt . Almost 2 months later I am still in pain . I blame myself for letting Laura Croix continue to hurt me . But as an experienced professional she should have taken my screams as a sign that she was doing harm . I called her and told her about my pain and distress shortly after my visit and her response was you had very tough tissue .Then she said I could come see her again …… I don’t think so .
