KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! Had 3 physical therapy sessions in 2022, and got a receipt saying my bill was paid in full. Little did I know they messed up the claim to my insurance company, and would receive a bill from a collection company almost a year later. Tried calling them to help iron out the confusion with my insurance company, was told they don't keep records from 10 months back. Working in Kuwait makes it difficult to get these matters cleared up. Especially if the service providers don't keep records, ended up just paying the bill out of pocket. Don't trust anything these people tell you.
