I’ve been going to this gym since 2021. The 24hr service is what’s kept me at this gym, however, there has recently been a problem with some Hispanic teens coming after the staff leaves. There is 7 individuals that come in during 8-11pm and use up all the equipment and fail to clean up after themselves. I would normally not complain, but only one of the 7 Hispanic teens that come have a membership. I’ve witnessed 5 of them wait outside the doors waiting for their one friend to come let them in. They are loud, obnoxious and leave a mess wherever they go. I am writing this review while I sit across the gym waiting in the machine they’ve been horsing around on for the past hour. The intentions were good, but these teens have made it an unpleasant visit by disturbing the peace without even having a membership.

Been going for nearly 5 months, The gym is ok, most of staff is friendly. Cleaning crew are awesome and do really good. Last month they got rid of so many machines and now have way less of a variety. The older trainer is EXTREMELY rude and will kick you off machines in the middle of your sets for one of his clients to use. I pay a membership just the same and don't feel that is ok. Pools temp are never accurate and very often are closed due to some maintenance issue(Something is guaranteed to be out of service somewhere here) overall experience is neutral but these few things make it a 2 star. Also tried cancelling, when I signed up, I only up for the month to month. Now I'm being told I'm on the year contract, not to happy with that since now I they want to charge a cancellation fee for a contract I did not sign up for.

Been going here for a few months to use the pool. The temperature in the pools are never the right temps. Lap pool is too cold and cold plunge is not cold enough. Resistance pool is sometimes too hot. Past couple weeks there has been no resistance in the resistance pool. Water levels are not kept consistent. Doesn't look like cleaning is a top priority for this place. Tiles are all grungy. Pool bottom is slimy, so it's hard to walk due to slipping every couple steps. I'm scared to use the showers in the locker room. There is one shower that has a dirt smudge on the wall that has been there for at least 2 months. Smells like sewer and mold in the showers. Bugs in the showers. Most of the showers barely work. But at least it's an indoor pool that I can use year round, except for Saturdays and Sundays because the hours are too short. Why can't weekend hours be the same as weekday hours? It can't be because they are cleaning it. Update 2 months later: Resistance pool still has no resistance, cold plunge has been closed with no update if it will ever reopen, and it seems you still can't get the water temps right. An update would be nice and a partial refund since we are not getting what we signed up to pay for. As for cleanliness, I keep seeing nasty band-aids all over the pool area in same spots for weeks...disgusting. And the shower walls still gross and feel slimy.

I have been going to this Wellness Clinic for 25 years. And have only had good experiences there. I went for a check up in March and a young lady work there that's from Carthage just put all my business in the streets and added some lies. This really has me upset! I'm waiting to see what they are going to do about it. Nobody knows I went to the doctor, and she was the one that came in my room to give me my results. I'm a very private person and I would never go and tell anyone what's going on with me, I don't care if I stump my toe it's not anyone's business. I pray nobody else have to experience this and they do the right thing in this situation, if not promise you she will do someone else this way because she thinks it's okay and she got away with doing me like this.

They have a good pool, and everything here fall in my chart for ease of use. The facility is somewhat clean, need a renovation

This facility was at it's prime before the sale / transition. Basketball court, gone. Sauna and steam room, gone. What's a gym without music? It's awkward and completely quiet throughout the entire place. A gym member using a stationary bike was the loudest thing in the entire building, the environment is equal to a library or a retirement center, to give credit - when walking around the indoor track - you'll hear a very faint radio playing inconsistently throughout. Locker rooms are trashed. Paint / walls are peeling off. Doors of some of the lockers just completely broken or doors are hanging on by a singular hinge. They have a bin for used towels -but no towels. No guidance on where the pool is; just printing a piece of paper smaller than a phone stating the pool hours does the trick, right? You'd think a large and spacious property wouldn't cut corners / budget cost on such services? I've seen local gyms with more invested. Longview HAD something to be compared to a LifeTime Fitness, that's no longer the case. Don't bother trying to find out pricing on their own website, the site just states a "range" of pricing. If you want to know what actual "packages" on pricing, you have to call, super convenient.

Beautiful gym, lots of amenities like a hot tub, ice bath, two pools, etc. although from what I understand they got rid of a lot of things that used to be here like the sauna. I like that everything is very clean. I don’t understand why Fox News has to be played throughout the facility though, but I guess it’s what the locals like to watch.

Fond memories, but they stripped many of the amenities away. Near as I know the hot tubs are gone, the saunas are gone, half the work out areas are gone. But the price remains the same? I'm not sure how they justify it.
