BEWARE - Dr Zendler and his staff are very nice and helpful. However, I asked every visit for 2 months what my balance was and was told they were figuring it out with the insurance company. I had asked before my first visit what each visit cost and if they take my insurance and they said they did. They never submitted any cost to my insurance and handed me a bill for over $1500 only after I stopped going because they wouldn't tell me what I owe. This was far more than the original cost I was told per visit. They don't answer their phone (should have been a red flag) and work from voicemail. I never received an itemized bill and I didn't get a return phone call over 2 months of calling to understand the charges. I finally just paid it when they sent me to collections so it didn't hit my credit report. Now, I don't even have anything to submit to my insurance company to get reimbursed, just a bill stating $1500 due and an email from the collections agency saying I paid it. Because they never submitted, It doesn't even count against my deductible. I've learned my lesson. I won't get to a third visit with anyone anymore without knowing and paying what I owe each visit. I wouldn't recommend them unless you don't need to worry about cost or insurance. If you don't care about money, go for it. It's reasonably good care.

Dr. Zendler is great he is very understanding and compassionate. He figured out a treatment plan that is working great. Tara is great she help outs a great deal the atmosphere in this office is very comforting I would give this company more stars if I could. I highly recommend this establishment

Dr Zendler knows his stuff! His front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. From my very first appointment to every time I go in for an adjustment, my body gets the care it needs from head to toe. Whether I have a specific concern or I'm coming in for overall support for health and wellness, I've always received the care I'm needing every time. Very grateful!

I have been going to Dr. John for 17+ years. He is great! He is very knowledgeable. He explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is great as well. They are very welcoming and make you feel at home. They go out of their way to get you answers to your questions if they do not know and are willing to help you with insurance. I definitely spread the word that they are a great office.

My family has been using Dr. Zendler and his staff since 2009. Jackson is so lucky to have him. Having bad backs/necks and some surgeries in our past, we were unsure who to use. Dr. Zendler's knowledge, techniques and diagnostic experience are different from most chiropractors that we have visited. After seeing Dr. Zendler, we always improve and feel much better after a visit to his clinic.

I was in town visiting and Tara (assistant) was great and found an appointment for me when I was in pain and needed a same day adjustment to be able to perform the next day. Doc Zendler did a fantastic job stretching me out (PNF) and evaluating me before he adjusted me. Afterwards I received some heat and ultrasound treatment. They had a rehabilitation fitness area where I was able to do some mobility and stretching prior to my adjustment. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Called in today after reading other reviews and in need of a chiropractor in town. But after calling and leaving a message waiting 4 hours for a call back then being told no space for over a week. So not sure how that person was able to get a same day with them. Also when calling back the person apparently could not hear me when the line was crystal clear. I will find another place to go to in the valley that will meet my needs.

I get my insoles there for my sons and wife they really good and last a long time I have flat feet and my legs where hurting so bad until I get the insoles
