I first met Dr. Gillespie about 10 years ago and I have been a patient ever since. He is one of the best chiropractors in the area, if not the country. He is thorough, intelligent, and extraordinarily caring. He is one of the best adjusters you will ever find. He has an incredible range to be able to work on everyone from athletes to the elderly. I would not recommend another chiropractor to anyone.

Dr. Gillespie is a wonderful chiropractor. I was having a lot of pain from a car accident and he has helped me greatly. I have been to various chiropractors in the past and he is the best I have ever seen. I think he is probably one of the best chiropractors in Northern California.

Dr. Gillespie is an excellent chiropractor. He takes his time and does a complete full spine adjustment and also my hands, elbows and feet. He is very thorough and gentle and I trust everything he does. He’s been a blessing and I’m happy to have found him. Don’t look any further, he is an amazing doctor!!

He is getting me on the road to wellness and recovery...even adjusted a collarbone joint issue I am having. Dr. Bill Gillespie is outstanding. I see a chiropractor monthly and have for years. Dr Bill listens to what you say and his adjustments are outstanding! Take care of yourself and go see him.

The best!! He specializes in feet. My feet haven’t felt this great in years. Numerous foot injury’s and trips to regular doctor never helped. After a few session here I can run and jump again. Amazing!!!! Changed my life.

He did such a great job with my back and was vary kind and also his dog that hangs with you was awesome I would recommend that you give it a go

I was 75% better after my first visit. My lower back had been out for a week I could hardly stand when I went in.
