Chipley Therapy Group and Wellness Center

This facility bills you for 15 minutes of therapy but only gives you 8 minutes of therapy. I always wondered why I was finished so quickly, and unsuccessfully. I found out when I received my bill! After speaking with the owner about my trumped up charges, he informed me that it is legal to do this. So I never received the therapy that I was billed for. If you are on medicare or medicaid it may not matter to you, but to anyone who holds private insurance should be aware of this policy. I really could have used the full amount of time on my injury, but I did not receive it. Was informed that the hospital does their pricing. I was billed 73.00 for a 2" ice block on my foot for 10 minutes Just an example of their insane prices. By the way, they were no help at all for my planter fasciitis. You can get more help watching a you tube video with Dr. Berg. Please don't waste your money or time with Chipley Therapy Group.

Alan found that one leg was slightly shorter than the other and corrected it with a heel lift! Now I don’t have back problems! Emily did a great job with me. I came in with no strength in my legs and I graduated with strength and endurance. She listened to my issues and worked a progression that brought me to success. THANKS SO MUCH for the great care!! I highly recommend Chipley Therapy!

Awesome staff are always there to help and support you through the process of getting back to normal, I know that the best thing you can do is always work with them and be patient , soon you’ll be back to normal and doing things you only thought about doing beforehand. I will be back in July 2024 for the other shoulder replacement rehab. Special thanks to Allen , Jennifer,Georgia,Amber and the entire team for their hard work in helping me through this difficult time in my life.

I recently had a knee replacement and Chipley Therapy Group has been providing my treatment. All the therapists have been really polite and have treated me like part of the family. I’ve been impressed with the variety and effectiveness of the therapy. Alan Justice does an amazing job coordinating this clinic and I have nothing to say but good things for this professional health care provider. I will continue to let them treat me for all my therapy needs!

I accompanied my father in law this afternoon for his initial visit. We were a bit uncertain as we are new to the area and the building seemed very small. Man were we surprised! From the moment we entered we were treated as if we were old friends. The front office ladies were fantastic! Careing, polite and very professional. The therapist was great! He spoke to dad, not at him. Not to mention every staff member we walked by gave us a smile and a hello. The facility is large and EXTREMELY clean. I am so glad we found this place because I know that dads recovery is just as important to them as it is to him and our entire family.

Id like to say thankyou to all the staff for the incredible down to earth hospitality and genuine care for people. I can say it was a pleasurable experience and their staff is extremely professional. I also would like to give a special shout out to Logan Branch for the therapy session's with constant attention to detail. With Logans guildence and skillset I was able to get back up and moving without pain in only 8 weeks from surgery to now. For any sports related injuries I would definitely recommend you go see Logan Branch, he is definitely a highly skilled therapist and was awesome to work with .
