Thanks to the great staff for the awesome help and making me feel 90% better. Everyone was great, Mary Beth, Richard, Dr. Whu, triage nurse, and Pharmacist. I did not want to get seen but I am glad I did. I am so impressed by their professionalism and caring philosophy. Chinle Emergency department rocks! Again thanks for healing my pain.

I think this place is a joke for some of us patient.because today i came to see a pediatary just wanting a couple of injections in my foot.. But guess what?I was told NO we can't see today because we're over booked. I asked What about all those cancellations or no shows. My injections won't even take no more than 5- 10 min. I was told the pediatrician is going to Pinon on February 6th Today is January 24th. And I can't wait that long.I explained what it takes to even get a transport. Im here today in Chinle IHS Pinon pointed their finger this way and now I'm TOLD NO .! I can't be seen today.SORRY. Well SORRY CAN'T CALM that pain in my heel. My pain meds can't even calm my heel/foot.pain. It's very sad how this facility works now a days. I believe everyone here.That works here are just here for the money. I rated 1star. They don't even deserved that 1star. This place should just be shut down. Put in real doctor's. That care and not just here for the money..Its now 306pm. I talked to patient advocate paul guy. I had to get him involved.and see how it comes out.Even the employees have No Such thing as Customer service. None! NOT a friendly place for illness treatment.This place suck!if you ask me. Winslow IHCC treats people like human beings.and have real doctors. I was and am not HAPPY with this service. I would hate to continue coming here. I'll stick with WIHCC.

ITS ALRIGHT THO THE public and PUBLIC HEALTH LAWYERS should know now and WILL LOOK INTO IT. I HAVE ALL MY PAPER WORK AND TESTS... IM HIDING NOTHING... THEY MADE SURE OF THAT :( JUST, IF THEY TRY PULLING PAIN MEDS FROM ELDERS... THAT CAN KILL THEM. LUCKILY IM YOUNG AND CAN STILL HEAL, MINDS SPENT CAUSE OF THEM THOUGH! NOT TO MENTION 1000S WASTED ON SO CALLED SPECIALIST WHOS ONLY JOB IS TO CUT OUT MEDS ALTOGETHER NOW! BEWARE!!! (Pain + No med = Organic Smoke(for me) Which = (potential) ORGANIC CANCER) MY HEALTH IS GONE NOW, LUNGS ARE BLACK AS NIGHT CUZ OF A SMALL BULGE IN MY SPINE THAT NO DR. BELIEVE HURTS. Such a slow time to get some service. Rude employees and an unpleasant waiting area. It's saddening to see this be the local hospital.

Horrible place.... might as well start planning your own funeral there while you wait.
