Ching Lam, MD | Kaiser Permanente

I wish I would have seen the other review before going to Dr. Lam. She was absolutely rude to me during my appointment. I cannot believe Kaiser Permanente would have someone so rude and unprofessional on staff. No compassion whatsoever, it is crazy to me how some Doctors forget they are dealing with human beings,. I requested to change Doctors, hopefully I won’t have to deal with her again.

absolutely the worst, rudest doctor i have ever met in my life. really surprised that Kaiser keeps a physician like this on staff. i spoke with staff in her department and they said they constantly have complaints about her but they are stuck with her. i requested to be changed to a different physician and they granted this request no problem as they are familiar with her complaints. the other doctor was wonderful. i would have walked out and gone home and just skipped treatment had they not done so. Dr. Lam is rude and impatient and does not listen to a word her patients have to say. just terrible experience. the rest of the staff is wonderful.

Late for every one of my appointments (30 min-1hr+) and didn't listen to anything I had to say about my own treatment. She called my OT and told her that she had no reason to be giving me therapy advice and had me moved to another OT.
