Unorganized, can never respond or give clear answers on delays, mistakes, etc. Judgemental & assuming on age when signing up and whether you have ever worked or not, despite it being a disability office to understand and be helpful to people. Best to try another office or get assistance yourself or from other resources.

It’s been 4 months and i haven’t received no follow up for my son I’ve basically been getting the run around with this program. basically no communication from anyone. I sent a email almost a month asking for an update and was told someone should be contacting me within a week with never happened. But i did receive a letter in the mail about taking a survey from them how ironic. I’m just upset as a parent i asked for help for son and we get treated like this. But I’ve been looking for other companies hopefully i find someone to help.

Great place to take your children for hearing test! I went from second grade until I aged out at 19, and take my 4 year old there now. Staff are gentle and patient, and show that they truly care about your children and their needs.

Very caring professionals for families with special-needs children.

Missed an appointment for my son, called to reschedule, receptionist was rude.
