Children's Evaluation & Therapy Center

RUN away from this business. ( This is based on 3 weeks interaction not just one time) If I could give this place a zero star I would. I was told and I quote " my child is NOT Priority at this time". I can only imagine how kids are really cared for at this business. I called looking for speech evaluation and therapy for my 3 year old. The online process is a nightmare! I made an appointment and they cancelled it immediately. I called and did the process via phone and completed all of the forms online, I was informed someone would call me to confirm my co payment and the appointment- NO ONE DID. ON the day of my appointment the therapist did not show up/ log into the appointment. I called the office prior and I received a message that the office is closed on Fridays- same as google. On Monday, I called and told them what happened. I was informed someone would call me back to confirm the co-pay and discuss what happened with the therapist. The week passed- no one called. I called today to follow-up and that's when I was told that I am not a priority at this time. I was also told that I am unreasonable for requesting specific information from them like my co-pay amount prior to an appointment and the supervisor has more important things to do. The person at the front desk, who has never followed up with anything for the last three weeks had nothing but excuses. As, a parent looking for child services this is so disheartening and frustrating. Why waste people time like this?

I wish I could get an appointment for my son! When you call, they tell you to make an appointment online, but the online booking system is terrible! They don't respond to emails in the system or at their customer service email address. Such a waste of time.

My children have been coming here for a few months and love it. They know how to communicate with the children they work with. My children work with Speech Pathologists Ms. P & Ms. Holman. 1 child works with Ms. Haile in Occupational Therapy. After each session they do give you an update on your children and they will even give suggestions of what you can do at home to help in the process. The front desk personnel are very nice and Ms. Hudak really is helpful if you have any issues. I highly suggest this place. I have seen great strides in both my children coming here.

I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my 3 year old daughter’s speech development since she began speech therapy sessions here two months ago. Her speech therapist really knows how to keep her engaged and makes sure she is having fun while participating in the sessions.

The administrative team is always helpful and responds in a timely manner. Ms. Wright is an amazing resource and speech therapist. The office and rooms for the children are always clean!

The Staffs are friendly and communicates well, the place is neat and tidy. And they also follow mask protocol. Would definitely recommend children’s evaluation & therapy center.

My child went from not saying any words to identifying colors, animals and the alphabet in 4 months. Her speech therapist Miss Holman is a gem!

Great teacher and the place is always CLEAN!
