We love Children's at Lakeshore location. It's very convenient not having to go into downtown Birmingham every week for therapies. We love being able to see our therapists and doctors in one location. And Ms. Cynthia at the front desk is a gem!!!

Our appt was at 10:20am we got here at 10am ..its now 11:10 and we are still sitting in the waiting room. Was told at 10:15am it shouldnt be much longer till we are put in a room. Yet were still sitting here almost an hr past his appt time. An they have no idea when we will be able to get a room. Very unprofessional they make a big deal about you being here 15 min before your appt time in order to make sure you are seen on time. But yet this is how they do things.
