I would absolutely rate this place as no stars if that was a option. Every single time I would call to set up an appointment there would be basically nothing g available for my daughter she was approved for occupational with Ms Karla and for a small amount of time has speech threw them as well. But then they did not have a speech therapist for a while or so they told me. And ms. Karla told me she could possibly find someone for my daughter for virtual speech therapy and she never got back to me at all regarding that. Also there was delay in her therapy due to court and custody I was granted full custody and tried to get her back in with them and got approved only to be called and told they could not see my daughter anymore due to her attendance and this is when her father did have her. The times he did have her I had no idea whatsoever that she was not attending due to them calling me and informing me there self's that she did not attend session those days. Again I would have no idea until they relayed this back to me. So they are absolutely 100 percent fully aware of this and denied services for my daughter. Also they called me back about two weeks latter and informed she was indeed approved and was going over making a schedule with me. Called me right back and told me again she was not able to be seen there due to her absences. I just hung up on them they don't have shit together they obviously don't communicate within the work place and to refuse services to a child who was approved clearly and they were again fully aware of the situation. I would never have even known if it was not for them telling me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff never called back I had too keep calling. When I finally got someone in the phone and gave her all the information she was acting slow and said hold on to let her check the information. Next thing I know another lady picks up the phone she's like sorry she's new and I'm the office blah blah I'm like okay she's like what are you calling for? I got excuse me? What do you think I'm calling for? To reiterate myself I'm calling about a referral my son has been had sent to you guys I haven't heard anything from anyone in trying to schedule his first appointment. She tells me he's not there that the info I have is incorrect. How are you going to tell me I don't know my own son's name date of birth or anything. So Im holding the INSURANCE paper in front of me reading it off asking her to confirm the name of the building, the address, the phone number, my son's doctor's name, everything and she just hangs up on me. And on top of that she kept cutting me off like girl be quiet and maybe you could hear what I'm telling you then you can check correctly. Didn't even meet the damn people face to face yet and was horrible dealing with them. 0 stars -10/10

The therapist are really nice. Jasmine is very patient with my son. They give me helpful tips for me to continue at home. They were able to schedule us in right away for the first sessions. The staff is very helpful when I need to reschedule my appointments. I switched my son's OT to this facility as well. I like the convenience of being seen the same day and not having to drive around. I also referred my sister in law to this location because it's a great facility to go to even though she's coming 35 min away.

Therapist are good that’s why 1 ⭐️ but when it comes about the receptionist 👹👿☠️💩💀 how come people be so rude??? They get paid to work right? The main issue is getting scheduled as you have to FIGHT and RUN a RACE every month for next month and there are like 10 spots to reach but runners are 100!! (Form an example) it’s is difficult 😥 I do want to get attention of the OWNER please get more therapist or don’t get more clients to keep them in waiting list! Don’t play stupid game with little kiddos! They are special children you should make a better plans for them! Another issue is therapy time is only 30 minutes, where it take 5 minutes to get in and they send kids out 5 minutes early, so it’s only 20 minutes!!! Do u think this is enough for these special children? To be honest by the time they get their attention the time time up! Come on think positively and improve! God bless you and give you wisdom 😇

My daughter has a speech problems, and after attending the classes, my husband and I noticed results literally through the first month of the classes. We want to thank Miss Savannah and Miss Barbie (that's what the kids call her), we also had a therapist called Milly, but she taught us a few times and went on maternity leave. She was really good too! All these specialists are very cool! I would also like to thank the staff for their patience work! All therapists are great, but our favourites are Mrs.Savanna and Mrs.Barbie! They are making our therapy fun and I see results

I am very pleased with this center!! Danielle, Gaby and Karla are amazing therapist!!! They have made a huge impact on my daughter and my self. I have seen so much improvement ever since we started PT back when she was 10 months and have continued to come so. My daughter really enjoys coming to this center and I have gotten my questions and concerns answered. They truly care about their patients and love what they do, I completely recommend this place.

My son started here with his OT, I love how they interacted with him also had so much patience with his sensory being overwhelmed. Then come to find out they had speech and made it even more resourceful for them to work with me and his OT and ST appointments having them back to back. I would definitely recommend for families seeking OT and ST 😊
