Great therapists, great front desk people, and really good at their job. My daughter has been going here since she was six years old and now she’s turning 14. Their speech therapy was a huge help to her as she only spoke at a four year-old Level even though she was six. In a year and a half she was speaking her age. She has been going there for occupational therapy for a long time. And we love watching her be able to develop better and better. This place is well worth trying out. Despite a few hiccups with Billing and having to adjust her to the right therapist, it is an overall good place.

This place is so sad especially for us African Americans and they are so rude here I would not recommend this place for African American children at all especially if you care about your child they will act as if you have not right to act the way we act as a parent who cares for our children this place is not it at all

When I first came to the CDC for my daughters speech therapy evaluation I did not have a good experience with the lady who performed her evaluation, but I decided to give it another chance with a different therapist and I am so glad that I did. Jenn McComb has been a huge blessing to our family and has helped my daughter so much! She is so sweet and patient with Olivia and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The receptionists at the front desk are also very sweet and understanding when I need to cancel. Granted, I’ve only needed to cancel once. So pretty much, yes I would recommend. ESPECIALLY if you have the chance to work with Miss Jenn. 👍

Our evaluation went well. However everything after that has not gone well. They recommended speech and physical therapy. During the evaluation it was said this would be school based. They puttered along helping delay care for 3 months because they only wanted 1 type of insurance. Finally get that through and I called 2 times and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Got a call today, passed to the scheduler who said they lied and do not do school based. Glad they just led to delayed care for 3 months over a lie. So now I'm back to square 1 finding a new place.

Use to Adore this place but now you can't get any communication about anything important no one calls you back and I feel like my child wasn't "special" enough as most that go there. He had growth and setbacks , he did miss because of weather or being sick. Two times did we miss because of just forgetting our selfs. They said we would get a call back on him being reevaluate and NOTHING. I'm happy for those that feel this is a great place, I on the other hand feel differently as of now.

I could not have asked for a better experience with my son. Every therapist/Dr we met with was very knowledgeable and friendly. The best part, we came here for a second opinion after district 11 "specialists" told us we should put our son on medication to help him focus and instead of jumping straight to medication, they actually suggested occupational therapy and even asked "why" towards D11's suggestion. My son even keeps asking to go back!

Great therapists! My daguther loves going here and she is making great progress too. Her therapist is very good at keeping me up to date on progresses made. Dealing with the billing department requires some patience, but if you call them they will correct mistakes. Overall we've had a great expereince here and I would highly recommend this place!

I wish I could give half stars. I really rank this place a 2 1/2 stars. The Therapists are excellent. They helped my child and were very attentive. As for their insurance/billing people....there are huge problems. For one they don't submit claims to insurance until 2, 3, even 4 months after the therapy session. When they have an issue with insurance, they don't notify you or anything. Also, when insurance gives them guidelines and a # of sessions that will be covered...they ignore it and purposely go over the pre-approved therapy....and stick it to the patient.
