CHI St. Vincent Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy -- Hot Springs

I had a total knee replacement and came here for my physical therapy. The front office was so nice to schedule all my physical therapy for me before my surgery, which was wonderful! The therapist John & Jake was the two people who helped me throughout my journey. They were so kind & helpful! Each week they set goals for me to achieve and encouraged me through this entire process, even when I wanted to give up they kept encouraging me, which was exactly what I needed. I observed all the therapist being so kind to other patients around me! I highly, highly recommend using them for any physical therapy needs! I will definitely use them again if I ever need a physical therapist. Today, I got to ring the bell of my completed therapy. Thank You John, Jake and staff for everything.

No! Do NOT put a family member to go here. The staff are so unprofessional. My husband was there for the better part of March of this year and was shocked how they treated him. He had an accident, and the tech brought half the staff in his room to point and laughed at him. It was already embarrassing as it was for him but to go out and gather people to come and see the show?? What kind of place is this that has to scrap the bucket in the hiring pool? I know they will never see a family member of mine if I can help it again.

I had double knee-replacement in July 2021. After 14 days GREAT in-patient rehab, I was transferred to outpatient Physical Therapy. I can truly say that my 2 months there has given me so much appreciation for EVERYONE there. They ALL - from the front desk to the technicians (especially Alyssa and Fonz!) made my sessions meaningful, and because of them I can WALK and look forward to a better quality of life!

Unprofessional and uncaring. My grandmother has been there for less than 2 weeks and she has already fallen twice. This second time it has put her in ER. She is currently waiting for surgery to put her hip back into place. Leave her clothes laying everywhere and don't even clothe right, and this pandemic fiasco you can't even get in to see them. If you have an elder that comes here fear for them. I would never recommend this place.

They do not do DOT physicals
