CHI St. Vincent Orthopedic Clinic - Hot Springs

Dr. Dodds and Ms.Ellis have given me my life back. One knee replacement in 2021, the other this past March. They are the best!!

Went in for severe shoulder pain, was ignored the post visit notes were completely different from what the visit went like, told nothing was wrong with me to come back in 6 weeks if the pain didn't get better came back did MRI. Got a telehealth visit to say nothing was wrong. Scheduled another appointment to speak with the orthopedic surgeon. Told the same thing there was just nothing they could do. Push me out the door... got a second opinion from orthopedic center from dr Michael Hubbard. He immediately seen a labrum tear and rotator cuff tear from my previous MRI. Scheduled surgery found I also had a torn bicep and finally after about 6 months of excruciating pain and suffering he has me on the road to recovery. Do not waste your time or money here they don't care.

I have had a good experience from them. I just can't get a hold of them to reschedule my appointment. It's snowing and I live far away. The lady that answer said she was not able to reschedule me because she was there for emergency. She said they were closed due to the snow. I asked her if there was a number I could call and she hung up on me. She had an additude the whole time. I am very upset. I have questions and I need to speak to someone about my ankle. I am not happy about it. When I do seek my doctor that lady will be discussed.

The Doctors are Awesome and care about the patients. My Mother has had 2 knee replacements and I am going to have to have shoulder surgery and I have no worries, I have total faith and trust with all involved..

I fell, injured my knee, called CHI St. Vincent, Hot Springs, made an appointment. They mailed me a packet with many forms to be filled out. I do not have insurance, no workman's comp, I just needed to get x-rayed & I wanted an Orthopedic Doc to look at it. I made appointment with Dr. Olive. Two days before appointment I called and asked if I had to fill out all the paperwork. I explained my needs, the cost would be 250.00 and was also told that only minimal information would be needed for this, no need to fill out the entire patient history, etc. I arrived for my appointment to be told this was all wrong. I did need to fill out everything. I explained to the lady that "I had been told for 250.00, I would get an x-ray & and Dr. Olive would give me his opinion". She said sorry, we need all your info in our system. I don't want to be in their system, I get enough junk mail as it is! I walked out without an x-ray or the Doc's opinion. I won't be back. They wasted my time and delayed getting my knee looked at, because two staff members gave me different information. My knee was not the concern for them. Office was packed, they get all the customers they need, they don't need me!

They take excellent care of their patients.

Results from Dr. Walden some years ago exceeded even his anticipated results after fixing my complex wrist fracture!
