CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital - a partner of Encompass Health

My dad went here for 2 weeks after fracturing his back, and he received excellent care. His therapists were awesome. Everyone was very caring and kept us informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

I have been in the hospital for the last 62 days, in three different medical facilities. I wish I had found Encompass first, instead of last! I have been here for three weeks, and there is no comparison between this place and the other two I have been in. This place is so very clean, and all of the staff is kind and caring. They are so organized, and give you a schedule each evening of all your therapy sessions for the next day! Every single employee can pull up your schedule, and tell you exactly what you will doing that day, and exactly what time. The staff is so friendly, and all seem to really enjoy their jobs, and work as a team. They all make you feel like you are the most important patient they have. The staff is very, very knowledgeable, professionable and nice. This is my 3rd visit. The therapy is great. They work one on one with me and they are very patient. The food is the best I have ever had in a hospital and I have been to several hospitals because I have MS. I highly recommend this hospital. It's the best. The employees are johnny on the spot when I push my button for help. I have had to wait at other hospitals for as long 45 minutes to get someone to help. I chose this rehab 3 times because they are the best.

All personnel were cheery, kind, considerate, and very professional. Dr Massey was so patient and thorough. PT and OT keep you busy which helps to see progress every day. Also the rooms were kept so clean and the food was very good.

I am so grateful for choosing to go to the rehab Hospital. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all of the personal care and attention that every staff member showed to me. Excellent. I highly recommend it

Everyone at Encompass was extremely kind and helpful to me in this worse time of my life. Physical therapy employees were the greatest in helping me recover and learn new skills. The nursing staff was the greatest, I never had to wait for help when I needed help in my room. I would recommend Encompass to anyone who needs a facility like this to recover from a traumatic injury.

I have had two of my family members stay here, and personally wouldn’t have them stay anywhere else. One was my grandfather who fell and broke his hip, and is now more independent than he was. They set up a great discharge plan and now successfully at home. The other Patient was my aunt who had a pretty bad fall, broke her hip and her arm. They’ve treated her with such compassion and dignity. The hospital let her hair get matted to the point where I was worried we were going to Hair. One of the OT took the time to brush her hair out of the knots, that were matted together. Even though she was still not able to fully shower, she improvised. This has been a great experience, and I wouldn’t have my family members go anywhere else.

This is a facility I visited as a patriot and now I’m here for rehab. The staff and doctors are excellent and really work as a team with the Physical and Occupational Therapist. The Therapists have brought me from incapacitated to ready to go home and thrive.
