CHI St. Vincent Health at Home - Hot Springs

Please - find someone else besides CHI St. Vincent Home Health in Hot Springs to provide home healthcare!! I assumed they would be the best choice because they are associated with the hospital in which he was just released from a 20 day stay due to esophageal bleeding issues. Boy, was I wrong!! My 84 year old dad has been out of the hospital for one week now and has yet to see a physical therapist or speech therapist. As you can imagine, he lost a lot of weight and muscle mass after an extended stay like that, and he needs a lot of help to be independent like he was before his hospital stay. We are definitely not getting it from this company. When I called and spoke to his case manager, he could not provide me an answer as to why my dad had not received any visits from PT or speech therapy. Please don't waste your time with these folks - especially when your loved one's health is at stake!

This is the worst home health agency I have ever had. They do not get my labs to the doctor in a timely manner. The nurses know nothing about the labs nor can they access them. They cannot get all the supplies you need. The office manager Ms Loretta is a gossiping troll!! She shared lies about me with the home health agency I changed to. She also gave them and my IV medicine provider false information and told them lies about me. Very unprofessional. Run don’t look back!!

With the exception on one good nurse, this organization cannot take care of their patients. No scheduling controls by the management.
