Cheshire Fitness Zone

My son sees Ms.Carly for physical therapy and he(Preston) has had such a wonderful experience with her. She is so diligent in her approach to his needs and she has such a high regard for parent feedback. I highly recommend her! It’s challenging to find a therapist who is as invested in your child’s progress as much as you are.

So happy with Cheshire Fitness Zone and the therapy provided. My daughter attends PT and OT and just recently graduated feeding therapy. She started out with only a handful of foods she would eat and thanks to the hard work of her therapist, Alex, she graduated with a long list of foods and is willing to try pretty much anything! She’s also gained so many skills in OT and has made progress in PT as well. She loves attending therapy!

My son is 14 months old and not standing or walking, so it was time for intervention. I am a nurse, and I am very particular about the care that anyone I love receives. CFZ was able to have him evaluated within 7 days of my calling, which is insanely fast, especially considering the current nature of healthcare and shortages. Everyone here was lovely. Dr. Ariana was patient, thorough, and informative. I am confident that CFZ and Dr. Ariana will get my son walking soon!

This group of amazing therapists and support staff are amazing. They will go out of their way to accommodate their clients and their families. They have made Mt 10yo son want to go to PT and OT. He used to refer to this as torture time. Now he goes with a smile. I will be forever grateful for them.

For the past 15 months, our son received speech therapy with Emily at CFZ and our experience was nothing short of incredible. Despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic, Emily was flexible, engaging, and encouraging throughout the entire process. Our son looked forward to seeing her each week and she was a familiar face that helped make things a bit more normal when they were most difficult. She always incorporated our son's interests into her activities which made sessions more fun for him. Her welcoming and supportive personality allowed for a trusting relationship as my son steadily improved under her care. We are grateful for her work and all CFZ did for our family. We highly recommend her services to any family with such needs.

I looked into feeding therapy when my son was about 4 or 5 months old and came across Cheshire Fitness Zone in hopes of finding some help with feeding. We worked with Tamar who was wonderful! She worked on latching to the bottle properly, sent us home with exercises to help, and support with other drs and professionals for his acid reflux. From there she helped with solids and he is doing amazing at almost one years old now. She also helped us work on hitting some milestones when I mentioned that I felt like he was a little delayed due to being born 6 weeks early and the battle of acid reflux. I always felt I could ask any question and left our visits feeling confident and at ease. I am thankful for Tamar's help and knowledge through out the last few months. As we will miss our sessions with her, I am happy to say that my son is doing great and exactly as he should for his age and I owe that to Tarmar & Cheshire Fitness Zone!

We love the Orange Location. My son has been working with Miss Nicole and he enjoys his time with her so much. She is a wealth of knowledge and has assisted in great ideas for skills to use at home. She is truly invested in his wellbeing and we are so lucky to have found an OT who is so skilled and invested in her patients.

My sons therapists are Alyssa Brown and Kyeana Martone. I can't even express how amazing they are with him. How dedicated they are to their work and how much my son loves them. He has come such a long way and is thanks to this ladies. Cheshire Fitness Zone services are extraordinary.
